Located in the sought-after neighborhood of Royal Sands, where they have a boardwalk cross over for direct beach access. Plus, with Shells Seaside you get a 6-passenger golf cart (Short term stays only) for your entire stay.
As you enter the home, it's straight into the living area, with two comfy loveseats, 2 side chairs, coffee table, end table, lamp, TV w/ Spectrum cable and WIFI.
The dining, kitchen is an open concept area. The dining area has a nice large table with seating for 6 with 3 barstools at the kitchen bar area. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, all utensils you need to prepare great meals for your friends and family and for the coffee lovers, it has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker. There is also a back door here that leads to the carport area and the back yard area.
Across the walkway from the kitchen is a half bath and beside that is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
A master bedroom BD1) is straight ahead, in the back of the house, complete with a king bed, nightstands, lamps, a side chair, smart TV, and WIFI. BA1) the ensuite full bath is nice and large, with a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower, separate marble sinks and a closet.
The back door here leads out to the back porch / patio area, here you will find a small semi fenced yard, a picnic style table, as well as another table with chairs, a new gas grill and the gate that leads directly to the community shared pool & hot tub. So Convenient…
Back inside up the stairs, at the top of the stairs is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds a twin over a full.
To the left is BD2) it has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds with a twin over twin, a table with a lamp, smart TV and WIFI. BA2) the ensuite full bath has a tub / shower combo and a marble sink countertop. On the other end of the hallway is BD3) complete with a king size bed, night stands, lamps, smart TV and WIFI. BA3) there is also a full ensuite bath here as well with a tub / shower combo and a marble countertop and sink.
