Welcome to the Cascade Reach neighborhood at Suncadia Resort. This Wildflower townhome is a beautiful three-story townhome just steps away from the Swim and Fitness Center in the resort core. The main floor features a well-appointed kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a relaxing living area with a stone fireplace and large screen television, and a spacious dining table that can seat nine. Step through the sliding glass doors just off the dining room onto a balcony that offers a wonderful outdoor dining option with seating for four and a BBQ perfect for grilling your favorites. This family getaway not only has two spacious bedrooms but a bonus space on the lower level that features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with trundle and large screen television.
