Welcome to our garden room where we hope you will feel cozy, welcome and get a great nights sleep. We are located in rural South Western Ontario in small town Palmerston. Nearby towns include Listowel, Mount Forest, Arthur, Drayton, Wingham and Brussels.

Your space is set up with all the amenities you need for a comfy stay including a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig) and a few dishes... even wifi, Amazon Prime and Netflix on a large 55" tv!!

The owner was very responsive, the unit was clean, comfy bedding, good size TV, quiet, with some complimentary snacks. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay.

We arrived and no door key code was provided! I panicked and stressed ! We were ready to leave!Knocked on the house door and the sitter had to call the owner and provide it. The room could have used a cleaning, dusting. Carpet was dirty( my feet were dirty from it) cobwebs on the lamp. Needed another hand towel( only 1 )microwave was dirty.Shower light didn’t work.No shower curtain for privacy.Need a privacy shade on the bathroom window!couldn’t park vehicle in driveway.. we are seniors and found it an inconvenience. Upside: Cozy,Nice Street, Tim Hortons close by,beautiful landscaping, comfy bed,nice big tv good wifi.

Description said two bedroom. Arrived and it was a one. Description said on site parking. Arrived and parking was across the street. The never ending banging from upstairs from the time I arrived to the time I left was the biggest issue. I drove 11.5 hrs to hear someone constantly opening and shutting drawers, sliding/moving furniture, walking around above me all night. Only once I yelled at them through the ceiling in the middle of the night did it stop for a short period. The dumping of glass bottles and messing around with a trailer at midnight right outside my window was odd. I think I slept maybe 3 hours due to the endless racket. Window shade in bathroom was laughable. Room otherwise was nice.

Lovely spot

In spite of a couple of small hiccups, I had a lovely week in Palmerston. The room is bright and cheerfully decorated. The area is quiet and close to where I needed to be for work.

We found the unit very comfortable, very clean and well equipped with the exception of a proper heater and only wifi for tv. Other than that it was very acceptable.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a fantastic location with only minutes to jump on hwy 403 and be off towards Toronto, Niagara Falls or London. We are also just a few short blocks from downtown Brantford and you can walk to grab groceries or a quick meal with ease from this location. Everything you could need is literally within a few short blocks of the house.
