Marauder's Mansion | A Magical Disney World Villa

Welcome to Marauder's Mansion at Championsgate: a 5-star villa only 12 miles south of Disney! Every room of the Mansion is tastefully themed, and beautifully appointed. Featuring a private pool and hot tub (heat is included at no charge!) with no rear neighbors, commercial-grade Star Wars arcade, Harry Potter gaming area (Nintendo Switch games included), luxurious home movie theatre, and indoor play areas. The Mansion is also only a 3-minute walk from the Oasis Club, where you'll find water slides, a lazy river, a gym, and dining options. We're a short drive from Disney and tons of Orlando-area attractions, but with so much to do, you might find that your family doesn't want to leave the house!

INSIDE

There’s room for everyone to spread out, have fun, and relax in our 3909 SF home. Featuring two living areas, a chef's kitchen, a dining room for ten, eight themed bedrooms, five full baths, an arcade, and a theatre room with seating for nine. You'll find smart TV's in every room, and of course free, fast Wi-Fi is available for your use.

OUTSIDE

Take a dip in the private pool and hot tub, with heat included at no charge! Relax under the fans of the covered lanai, where you'll find two comfy sofas, an outdoor smart TV, and a dining table with seating for eight. Curtains and palms offer privacy, and the screen enclosure keeps unwanted bugs away.

THE ARCADE

Play commercial games in a galaxy far, far away… you’ll find Ice Ball, Hoop Fever, two Fast + Furious Tokyo Drift Drivers, an air hockey table, and a Multicade (Pacman!), plus a smart TV so you can have Star Wars on in the background while you play - that’s our jam, anyway!

THE THEATRE

Our luxurious home theatre (designed for the enjoyment of serious A/V buffs) has 9 leather automatic recliners, 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound, a 120” screen, and Apple TV so you can stream all of your favorites (we already have Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, ESPN+ and Disney+ ready to go!).

THE GAME ROOM

Up to eight of your witches and wizards can play our Nintendo Switch setup at once! Included games: Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros., Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Party, PLUS all Super Nintendo and classic Nintendo games for us Gen-X's and Millennials... Super Mario 3, anyone?

THE CLEANLINESS

We're germaphobes ourselves, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at Marauder's Mansion. Our smoke-free home is cleaned and disinfected following procedures that exceed the guidelines of the CDC and other applicable authorities. We installed hard flooring throughout the home for allergen reduction, and all of our area rugs are washable and are laundered regularly.

THE COMFORTS

All of the adult beds are topped with amazingly comfortable Keetsa Pillow Plus mattresses, and the kid's beds are (also extremely comfortable) memory foam mattresses. If we wouldn't sleep on it ourselves, you won't find it at Marauder's Mansion. Ample towels and linens are provided, as are the following basic kitchen + cleaning products and toiletries:
-Keurig pods: (9) coffee (6) decaf (6) tea (6) cocoa... sweetener + creamer
-(1) roll of paper towels
-(1) sponge
-dish and hand soap are provided at the kitchen sink
-(1) travel pack of Clorox wipes
-(4) Tide "Free and Clear" laundry detergent pods

-body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each shower

-(1) hair dryer per bathroom

THE OASIS CLUB:

Just a 3-minute walk from the house, the Oasis club offers resort amenities for our guest's use. Here you'll find a fully-equipped Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Water Park for the kids (including a zero-entry pool, Lazy River, giant water slides, and splash zone), sand volleyball courts, and the Grill Room Restaurant + Bar. The Club also hosts seasonal events (some are ticketed), which we'll make you aware of at the time of your stay.

OTHER AVAILABLE AMENITIES:

For a fee you can tee off at the ChampionsGate Golf Club, featuring two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman. There are also tennis courts available to reserve for a fee. Stroll the beautifully landscaped walking paths all around the community.

As the owner/manager of Marauder's Mansion, I promise to do all I can to make your stay with us as comfortable and fun as possible. We take pride in our property, and stay in it ourselves often throughout the year. My trusted local assistant manager and our team of professional contractors are ready to remedy anything that might need attention during your stay. Above all else, your comfort and security are our top priority.

Booked guests may access the entire home. Guests other than those disclosed to us in the booking are not permitted on the property. The Oasis Club and the surrounding community are shared spaces.

Find our villa in the 24/7 guarded, gated golf community of Championsgate. You’ll find all the comforts of home, with the amenities of a resort at the Oasis Club (a 3-minute walk from the house). Supermarkets (Publix), stores, and restaurants are just a 5-minute drive away.

Marauder's Mansion is conveniently located just off I-4 (about 15-minutes from Disney). There are two parking spots in the driveway, plus street parking available at no charge. Upon check-in, we'll provide you with a code to get in-and-out through the guarded gates.
