This is two apt one one first floor 2bed,11/2bath + 2bed,1bath upstairs with separate entrance. House is open concept no door on rooms. With front porch and back deck fence part for a pet,and a huge yard for kids. Tv ,ac and eletric heat in each room. 10 min from lost sea in sweetwater. Is a rural area,surrounded by nature,river,water falls lakes 10 min from historic loudon and 8 min from tellico village. Has your own private florest on the back!!!!
