Located west of Gulf drive, this immaculate home is only steps away from the white sandy beaches of Holmes Beach, without any streets to cross. You are sure to feel right at home, as this house was lovingly furnished and decorated to make sure guests wouldn't miss a thing.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect place to spend a family vacation on Anna Maria Island. Your group will appreciate the spacious layout, which includes two master king suites with private attached bathrooms. A full size bed with additional trundle in the third bedroom will afford everyone a comfortable night's sleep.

Prepare meals in the newly renovated, state of the art kitchen or outside on the stunning new patio with gas grill. Relax and lounge in your own private oasis while enjoying the heated pool and evening landscape lighting or take a stroll to the beach as it's only steps away! Rinse off outside in the hot/cold running shower when you are done. This home also has new flooring, furniture, HVAC, mattresses, paint and tons of natural light.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
