Outdoor griddle, two story patio with stunning lake front views. Fire pit. Hot tub and sauna as well! Even have plenty of family activity like a card game room, foosball, ping pong, arcade. 2022 Sea Doo Switch 21-170 pontoon for rent with notice in advance

Gated community in a quiet cul de sac with freshening lake vies.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community. Beautiful lake views and homes around. Very safe and quite. You can launch your boat from community dock.
The neighbors appreciate their privacy and their quite , serene evenings so we ask you to please respect that. Any disturbing behavior such as loud music or excessive number of cars parked on their property line will be reported immediately to me and I will ask the guests to leave the premises immediately if enough evidence was provided by the neighbors. I want you to enjoy your stay and experience, but I also want to maintain my neighbors peace of mind :) All your cooperation is highly appreciated .

Husbands 30th surprise birthday weekend with close friends and family

We had the best weekend surprising my husband for his 30th birthday at this beautiful lake house! We were able to do an at home hibachi and we had the best time! The boys played golf while the girls went to daveste vineyard

Quiet and secluded with trees all around.

My family enjoyed our stay in this very roomy lake house. The managers were responsive to the few issues that arose while we were there. As many vacation rentals at Lake Norman are, the property is on the hilly lake bank. I appreciated that there was a funicular to assist my 70 something wife in getting down to and up from the sheltered dock. We rented the pontoon they offer for a few days. Incredibly it was a nice platform for my grandsons to knee board and wake surf.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Area

I stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend, and we had a great time. The house is beautiful and offers guests lots of space, privacy, and easy access to the lake. Sam was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hosts were very responsive to our needs.

The house was very nice and clean with a great view of the lake. We needed some additional supplies and the hosts responding to our needs very quickly. The boat and the boat dock were nice and well maintained.

Perfect for large family

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home! The lake view was beautiful with a fire pit right by the lake. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessities such as towels and paper products! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool table! We also liked making s’mores over the gas fire pit on the back porch and cooking out on the grill! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions! I would definitely recommend!

Amazing property!

The house is gorgeous and there are so many things to do. Pool table, foosball table, hot tub, sauna, and the gorgeous Lake Norman! The house was immaculate and had the kitchen essentials for cooking which was important for my large family. The host responded very quickly to all of my questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Family trip

Excellent! Everything was just as stated. Any questions we had were answered very promptly and with good information. The first evening we couldn't find any dish towels and the next day we had them before breakfast. We were all very pleased with the accommodations and the kindness of the host. It rained four of the days we were there and we had plenty to do with lots of room so we didn't get bored or under each others' feet.

Family Christmas gathering

First let me say that I have stayed a about half a dozen VRBO homes over the last few years so I have a idea what to expect from a home. With each one I have had good experiences. This home was also an overall very good experience. To start, let me say that the home was in immaculate condition. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The furniture and beds were in top notch condition and looked very nice. Everything in the home worked as it should, the pool table and cues were in good condition and the sauna and hot tub were enjoyed as well. It was too cold to use the lake for water recreation, but it did look to offer a nice time. I liked that there was wood for the fire pit as well. The following are reasons I decided not to give a 5 star rating. 1. The home is set up to sleep 14, we had 12 in our group. Items such as the number of plates and other kitchen supplies were limited for a group of out size. We had to wash dishes after each meal to have some for the next. 2. Add an information book. Most rental homes have a book/binder with basic info for the home including check in/out procedures and local recommended attractions and restaurants etc. 3. Check in was 4pm. We were hoping for an early check in if possible. We were told that wasn't an option yet we were not notified when the house was available and a little after 4 pm had to call to get the access code as it wasn't provided. All in all this is a great home and recommended.

Fantastic Stay

This house is beautiful with amazing views. The home easily accommodated our large extended family for the holidays. The host exceeded our expectation and we were blessed to create memories at this location.
