Glorious Red Pine Ski Condo at Park City Resort - Canyons Village

Why choose Red Pine??? Red Pine Condominiums is a large complex with approximately 24 buildings nestled below the Canyons Village area of Park City Ski Resort. It’s just three miles to the Park City side and Old Town Main Street. Four miles to Deer Valley Ski Resort. Less than an hour to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain resorts. Red Pine offers large common green areas, lots of pine trees, plentiful parking and glorious views! Take the free Canyons Village Connect on-demand shuttle service from the condo during ski season and avoid the hassle of parking and reservations.

Why choose our place??? We take pride in our cozy, non-smoking, two bed, two bath plus loft unit and like to stay there as often as possible. The kitchen and bath counters feature granite counters and hickory cabinets and the condo has been refreshed with new carpet throughout.

Our condo accommodates six people with a king bed in each of the two bedrooms. The loft has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms..

The kitchen is fully equipped, washer/dryer combo, smart TV with Roku in living room. TVs in each bedroom, games, videos, books, kid toys/stuff, BBQ, gas fireplace, plentiful off street parking area just outside the condo, a clubhouse with two pools (1 heated in winter), sauna, two hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, horseshoes and sand volleyball. Condo is close to the free city bus/shuttle stop, walking distance to ski lifts, great view of ski slopes. Canyons Village Connect is another free transport option available from the condo during season.

The gas fireplace in the living room keeps it toasty. NOTE: There is no A/C which is typical of these condos; however we have a ceiling fan and several portable fans for the rare hot summer days. A washer/dryer is in the condo and there is a laundry room in the clubhouse.

A gas grill stands ready on the deck, which overlooks our spectacular view of the ski runs. Flat screen televisions with cable in each bedroom and DVD/VCR/stereo w/surround sound in the family room.

It’s located within walking distance to the Cabriolet (parking lot gondola) or catch the free shuttle from Red Pine to any of Park City’s ski resorts. The free shuttle will also take you all around Park City for easy shopping, dining and entertainment.

The Red Pine clubhouse is located just across the street and has two swimming pools (1 heated in winter), a kiddie pool, two hot tubs (1 inside/1 outdoors), sauna, BBQs, sand volleyball, tennis courts, horseshoes and coin laundry.

Incredible mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, free outdoor summer concerts, mini golf, alpine slide, zip lines, disc golf, adventure courses, bobsledding-on-wheels, cross-country skiing, ice skating and visiting the Utah Olympic Park to see athletes in action are just some of the many things to do while staying in Park City.

Great Value and Amenities

We have been staying at Red Pine for over 5 years and it never disappoints. This property seems to be newly renovated and has all the necessary comforts plus easy access to hot tub, heated pool, sauna, connect shuttle and you can even walk to the village if you prefer. The owners were also extremely responsive to any of our needs.

Simply Perfect!

We enjoyed the location and accommodations! Our entire stay exceeded our expectations and the owner was very good to communicate with. We would certainly highly recommend this spot to our friends and would come back again. We did not want to leave. Specifically, the layout was perfect for our family and the proximity to the clubhouse (pool and hot tubs) could not have been better. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A wonderful, accessible, and fun spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Canyons Village. Jim was very responsive and the place was kept in excellent shape. The condo was very clean, well-organized, and in a great location to the pool/hot tub. It was also awesome that the condo came equipped with a pack and play, booster seat, and kids' toys/games! That was hugely helpful since we were traveling with our 3 year old and 18 month old. In addition, Canyons Village has a free shuttle system that will pick you up right from the condo and take you into town. We will definitely be back and thoroughly appreciated Jim's hospitality!

Great Park City Retreat

Ski week at Park City

We had a great stay at Jim's condo at the Canyons in Park City. We cooked the majority of our meals in the condo, and we found the kitchen very well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all comfy, too, especially the two king sized beds. The whole place was immaculately clean, as well. We were there to ski, and we found the free transportation options just great! We used the Canyons Village shuttle van service often, and it was amazing how quickly they picked up. We also used the public bus to get to the Park City side of the resort, and that was also super easy - a short 5 ish minute walk down to the bus stop near the Cabriolet lift. We also used that Cabriolet lift a couple of times, as an option for getting back to the condo at the end of the day - ride it down and then a 5 minute walk back to the condo. We would be happy to stay here again.

Had a great time with awesome snow!

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend over Easter. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and the place was perfect for our family of six. The Canyons Connect shuttle made it so easy to get to the ski lifts. We made some meals in the condo and watched a lot of bball. Plus, the skiing was great! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place!

Stayed at Red Pines condo for a spring ski trip and it was perfect. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Location for skiing is great, it’s about a 1 minute drive to Cabriolet or a 5-8 min walk. Trip into Park City is about 5-7 minutes or Kimbal junction is about 10. Easy to book and a really good value

Great ski vacation

We had a fantastic stay in the Canyons. This condo’s best features were the fireplace heater, proximity to the heated pool & hot tubs, and comfortable beds and furnishings. We used the Canyons Village Connect free shuttle every day to request pickups and drop offs with our ski gear. I would highly recommend this condo.

U of U visit

We come to the Park City area a couple times a year. This was a great trip. Perfect location at the Canyons, close to everything including downtown and the U. The condo was very comfortable amd well equipt for our 5 night stay. We cooked in half that time and grilled on the deck. Thanks again for the stay!!

Small and Cozy...

It was a good experience. Not the cleanest place. We found a sucker stick stuck to the blanket in the master bedroom. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned, and the carpet could be replaced, but for the most part it was good. Jim was easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze.

Our return is inevitable

We flew out to Utah from South Carolina i was a little apprehensive about going out west to ski. One son out of college and one graduating in may spring break may never be the same . We made plans bought airline tkts started looking for a place to stay after a few email with Jim the owner of the unit it looked like this would work .It met my expectations the convenience of the condo to restaurants to the slopes to the bus system to look at the slopes from the balcony .The bed rooms were nice the king and queen beds the loft .We ate at least one meal a day and that was breakfast .everything we needed to cook was there.The condo had a nice feel to it only 5 min from down down park city i would definitely stay again thank you jack M

Although our home is in Northern California and lots of our winter skiing and boarding is in the Tahoe area, nothing beats the time we spend in Park City, especially at Park City Ski Resort. We were thrilled to get our son making turns on the snow at three years old. He's now a teenage ripper who enjoys powder days as much as us. Our free time during the summer is spent waterskiing and mountain biking. We always look forward to our summer trips for the outstanding single track riding all over the Park City area, as well as the summer festivals, concerts and events. We hope you'll have the opportunity to experience all that the Park City area has to offer soon!

Why they chose this property

Park City has some of the best mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing around. All these activities in addition to the area's awesome skiing conditions make Park City our favorite place to be. We love Red Pine because of the wide open green (or snow!) areas, plenty of parking at the complex and its convenient location to anything a person might want to do while visiting. We absolutely fell in love with the terrain and attitude of Canyons (Park City) Resort. It continues to improve each season. Our condo is a short 5 minute walk in ski boots down to the Cabriolet to start your ski day. And, our deck has a great view of Canyons Village area and sunsets each night. The free city shuttle and Canyons Village Connect is easy to catch for any area destinations.

What makes this property unique

Just pack your bags and arrive. Our condo is fully stocked with just about everything needed for a wonderful getaway. We even have kid stuff (dishes, toys, books, booster seat, potty seat, pack-n-play etc).
