HOME #1 Moonlit Retreat (6 Spacious Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms)
Newly renovated and furnished pool home with huge views, across the street from the largest California State Park, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park.

The Grounds — Escape to 1.35 acres with its ample parking. Lounge by the pool or soak in the spa tub. With poolside lounge chairs, cozy seating areas, outdoor dining table, and a propane BBQ, outdoor relaxation and dining are easy.

The Living Room — Enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV, complete with cable and streaming apps . With ample space to stretch out, this is the ultimate spot to recharge after a day of adventure!

The Dining Area — Features a large dining table that seats 10 at the table and 3 at the kitchen counter, while the outdoor area offers an additional dining table for 10-12 guests, for al fresco dining.

The Kitchen— Step into a fully equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances. From a microwave, refrigerator and ice maker to a coffee machine and toaster, ample cutlery, plates, and glasses. It has enough crockery to accommodate two sittings for the maximum number of guests the home hosts .

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms— In the main wing, the master suite boasts a king bed, ensuite bath with shower and tub, plus a TV for cozy nights in. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 both have king beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 includes two twin beds that can be converted to a king. In the side wing, Bedrooms #5 and #6 each feature a king bed and share a bathroom with a double vanity and shower. Additional twin XL rollaway beds are also available.

This home blends mid-century and art deco style with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.

The Grounds—The driveway can fit 12+ cars for your convenience . Enjoy a large heated pool (pool heating fee applies) and a complimentary spa tub for ultimate relaxation.

Living and Dining Areas—With comfortable seating for over 12 guests in the living room and dining area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lush backyard and the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains through the glass doors

Dine al fresco—with plenty of outdoor seating for groups, and unwind on lounge chairs by the pool.

Fully equipped kitchen— featuring an electric range, double oven, oversized refrigerator, and an extra fridge in the garage! Microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, along with sufficient pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes to serve your entire group. Gather around the breakfast nook for beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains as you start your day.

The Bedrooms & Bathrooms— The lower floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms including the hallway's, and a powder room/half bath. The upper floor includes 4 bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom in Bedrooms 4, and 2 full bathrooms in the hallway.
