Get away from the city and enjoy a newly renovated cozy lake house on open water on Cedar Creek Lake. Relax on the lower dock in the shade or soak up the sun on the second story dock with your beverage of choice. Grill on the house deck with amazing views. Jump in the water to cool off. Rent jet skis, speed boats, or pontoon boats from one of the local vendors.

Family friendly with high chair and kids toys/games. Life Jackets included as well for floating in the water.

Fun trip to the lake with the girls.

A relaxing week at the lake in a very nice and attractive lake house. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views and sweet frequent visits from a doe and her 2 fawns. We really enjoyed our time! The house is very well done inside and we look forward to seeing the outside when it is finished when we hopefully visit again!!!

Awesome location with a beautiful kitchen!

We had a great stay here with our family. The house was spotless when we arrived and had all the essentials. We really enjoyed the kitchen! It seems to be newly renovated and so nice. Bedrooms were great, our kids loved the bunk room with all the games. AC worked amazing too! Which is so nice during TX summers. We will definitely be back!

Make Outside Match the Inside

Lovely property - once you open the door. Great beds, amazing location, great for a group! The outside is in desperate need of TLC. Couldn't open the blinds (feared I'd break the cord) and the windows were full of spider webs and debris in the track. Had to fight a lair of spiders to use the dock, the porch needs to be re-stained/redone. The outside looks like a haunted house. Inside is lovely but it would be nice if some attention was paid to the exterior.

Little Slice Of Lakeside Paradise

This weekend we celebrated my grandsons 10th birthday out on the lake with our family. We knew we would have a boat and would need a house on the lake that not only accommodated my large family but also had a somewhere to dock the boat during the day. The house was absolutely perfect! Walking in was warm and inviting but immediately had a lakeside paradise feel to it! Everything was perfect and well kept with the most amazing view of the lake from the living room/kitchen area. The rooms were spacious and they made great use of the space they had making it comfortable to sleep my whole family. They really thought of everything, they even had toys and games that kept my 3 year old grand daughter entertained for hours at a time. The dock was also well maintained and in deep water which made it perfect for us to be able to not only dock throughout the day but also jump off of and tie tubes to so we could swim and float around. Matt was very accomidating and made sure our family had an amazing stay! This is the perfect house for a nice family gathering that allows complete access to a beautiful spot right on the lake! If you are looking for a nice place to get away and just slip into paradise this is definitely the one I would recommend! Will definitely be planning another stay here in the near future!
