We have been coming here since 2013. This was the first time we didn’t rent through the front desk. The unit was perfect! Very clean. Some of the nice things that they offered that we were not used to are: a washer and dryer, a cooler, some chairs, and some other items. Communication was great! We will be back. For those of you that don’t know about this resort, it is in a great location west of Route 41. It is a long walk or a short bike ride to the beach. Great value!
We love staying at Park Shore Resort! There is so much to see and do in the immediate vicinity. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owner when we had a request.
We were not able to check in because the host had not submitted required documentation to the front desk of this particular building. After several attempts at calling the host, the building receptionist calling the host, and VRBO customer service calling the host were unsuccessful, we were able to find other accommodations.
This is a wonderful place to stay! There were some issues with "junk" being left and a stained pillow, but the property manager worked that out. Thank you!
place is nice, close to everything, the furntiure can use some upgrading, however, for the price, all was cleaned, nice and comfortable!! i will totally do it again. the host responded quickly with all my questions before i even booked the place, the attendant and the reception was very nice too. overall, i will totally do it again!! btw, we love Mr Big FISH!!
Perfect location-close to shopping, public beaches and dining. Joyce communicated promptly. The condo was VERY clean and having a washer and dryer in unit was wonderful. Very tropical, peaceful area and resort. Will definitely stay here again
When we booked this property, the listing showed a hot tub and lanai. Our son has a disability and considers a hot tub his "pool". We only book hotels and properties with a hot tub. The Lanai is critical for Florida. The pictures included a picture of a lanai. There was none, nor was there screens on the sliders. There were towels in the washer, not washed. No toilet paper. The small shampoo bottle was filled with water and no soap. There was rust on the fridge and on the shelves of the freezer. The medicine cabinets were dirty and also has rust on them. The other owners told us that the hot tub has not worked in 4 years!!!!! But still on the listing. The carpet...disgusting. I would not let anyone take their shoes off. The basketball court was filled with Junk from renovations therefore, unusable. There were so many things wrong with the property, we ended up getting a refund from VRBO and moving to another property the day after we checked in. It is also located at the very end of the property, last building. When communicating with the owner via text, she just said sorry and then did not respond to myself or VRBO regarding the pictures I took documenting everything. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. The resort was adequate, that's all I can say. Very, very disappointed.

Interesting place
Initially we were super disappointed…Naples has so many high end upscale options when we pulled up to the dated building with entry doors on the exterior of the building (ala Fairfield Inn) our hearts sank. Our unit was dated similar to dad’s nursing home and/or our son’s college dorm. Old carpet & furniture. It grew on us since it was so convenient, easy parking, easy access pickle & basketball courts, great throwback pool vibe and SUPER restaurant. The grouper sandwich alone was worth the trip.
The room and resort were wonderful! Even though the weather was cooler than usual, we could swim in the heated pool and play pickleball every day with a very friendly, welcoming group!
Our stay was great. Quiet complex with a nice pool and restaurant. Workout facility was clean and easy to access. Close to shops and beach. Would definitely stay at Park Shore again!
Condo was nice and stocked with supplies. We did not cook during our stay so it was no big deal that the dishwasher was broken and owners measured to replace it. Refrigerator door shelf was broken. The pool was lovely but the hot tub / spa was closed. Property was nice and peaceful.
