The kids room has four extra long (twin XL) bunk beds, and the lower level bedroom has a private entrance and an attached bathroom. This is perfect for the parents, or to share the home with another couple.
Guest Access:
Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets
The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.
