Make some memories at this unique Boynton Beach Cottage. less than 50 yards to the beach. Private cottage all to yourself. Enjoy walks on the beach and enjoy the large back yard with a BBQ grill. Close to Delray Beach famous Atlantic Ave for all the restaurant and night life only 4 miles. Next to famous Nomad surf shop for all your beach needs. Walk to Seaside deli for the best Sandwiches in town. Bring the family, sleeps 6 people. Pets welcome. located next to Briny breezes and Ocean ridge.

The property is a 1942 Boynton Beach Cottage. It has 5 beds. It’s very close to the beach. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days. I manage 3 beach properties in the same beach area. It is a true beach cottage and has Large backyard with a barbecue grill. It will take you less than three minutes to walk to the beach. Approximately 100 yards away. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days.
