Let's start our tour in the spacious, bright, contemporary open design living area, which combines the entertaining living room, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting dining area. Move to the upper floor to discover two highly comfortable bedrooms designed to offer all the rest after a day of experiencing the great city of Seattle!

Sun shines through large windows and patio doors over the entire space, and together with tastefully picked details and bright wooden floors, create a unique ambiance that will stay with you long after you leave.

Cuddle up in front of the indoor fireplace during the evening, or step onto the private patio and marvel at the starry sky while sipping your favorite drink. Please note that the fireplace is the only heat source for the lower living area, while there is central heat using the thermostats upstairs.

The home is nestled in the Judkins Park neighborhood. It is a centrally located neighborhood in Seattle that has long been home to people of diverse backgrounds. This area has grown and developed over time but still maintains its charm and character. It features beautiful architecture and some great parks. There are many things to do in this part of town, like exploring the history of the local African-American community or taking in the view from Volunteer Park.



Judkins Park is also home to many unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. The small business community in this part of town adds character, and it's one of the things that makes staying here so unique! There are also some great parks and walking trails just minutes from the front door. It's no wonder people love staying here – while there may be other areas nearby with more amenities right now, none offer such an authentic feel or friendly vibe as this one does.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Seattle, with buses that run every few minutes from all parts of town. Some people even commute on foot or by bike as there are good walking trails and cycle paths in the area. The neighborhood isn't far from downtown, but it doesn't feel like a commuter suburb either; this is a place for those who want peace without being cut off from everything else going on!

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking app allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

PETS - Pets are not allowed at the property. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property.
