Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located downtown Frisco condo. This quaint two bedroom condo sleeps up to six people and the location is prime.  

This upstairs unit is located on the 2nd floor, as you walk in you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room with a smart TV, wood fireplace, and pull out couch. Off of the dining room there is a spacious back deck, mature pine trees overlooking the stunning Ten Mile Creek will make you feel as if you're staying in a treehouse. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while gazing at the jaw dropping, unobstructed views of Mount Royal! 

The upstairs primary bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and another smart TV and the lower floor has one bedroom with two twin beds, a small private balcony and an ensuite full bathroom.

Frisco Main Street is picturesque, the town is lined with string lights and framed with towering mountains, like something out of a Hallmark movie. The strip offers tons of delicious local restaurants, bars, music halls, a museum, coffee shops and shopping.

Loved our stay
The unit was perfect for our quick family trip to the mountains. The view and sound of the creek were even better than expected and the living room was incredibly cozy. We’ll be looking to book the same unit next time we’re in Frisco!

This was a lovely "home away from home" for our family. Just a short walk to Main Street and also close to bike trails. Love the views of Ten Mile Creek and mountains from the deck! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic Frisco Condo
This condo is fantastic! It was so comfortable and clean. The space worked great for our group. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are multiple patios with one large one overlooking the beautiful Ten Mile Creek. We loved the sound of rushing water. The location is very convenient to downtown Frisco and I-70. Loved this place!

Amazing views with the river and mountains. Kitchen needs updating, carpet cleaning, and the decor could be refreshed throughout. Master bath was updated. Master bedroom needs a king bed, closet was cluttered carpet needs cleaning. Being an end unit the condo was nice and bright. Love all the windows.

Nice getaway~
This place is a great retreat with a beautiful deck. You can see andhear the ten mile creek flowing and views of beautiful Mt Royal . Its just a short walk to town and has a charming feel the minute you enter into the condo.

It was a nice stay! Very clean. At first I was surprised at the age of some of the appliances although everything works just fine. Appropriately appointed for a rental of this caliber with nothing lacking. The river right in the backyard, surrounded by mature trees and being the end unit on the top floor, made me feel as though I was in a pleasant, rural setting. Yet, only a few minutes walk from Main Street. The development itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some preening. I would stay there again :)

The perfect Colorado retreat!
This condo was better than we could have imagined. The running stream and Mountain View’s off our end unit private deck was breathtaking! The location is a perfect distance from town. We could be to most restaurants by walking 1/2 mile! The hot water heater had an issue during our stay. When I called; a repairman was sent right away! We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Great stay! Beautiful view!
All in all, we had an amazing stay - it was the perfect place for us and an amazing view (and sounds!) of the flowing river. Really unbeatable views. The only downsides for us which we didn't realize was that it's up two flights of stairs, not just one (on 2nd floor) so it's more so on the 3rd floor. That was tough coming from FL where we have zero elevation haha, getting used to that and having two young kids, we often had a lot of stuff to carry up and down plus a toddler under 2 so that was a little tough, but good exercise and not a deal breaker. I also didn't realize there's no AC when booking although I know that's common there and the weather was cool in evenings and mornings so it was no biggie but something to get used to without fans in the rooms. It was a super cozy place with most everything we could need available to us, great location - walking distance to downtown Frisco. It was nice and quiet as well!

Riverside Comfort
It was everything that was advertised...parking space in front, walking distance to Frisco, clean, well stocked, right on the river, etc. Particularly liked it being an end unit with a great deck and table to relax. Very comfortable overall and décor is western but not overdone. Bathroom with shower/tub is located on the ground level and the shared bathroom (where the washer and dryer are located) on the 2nd floor has a shower. Water pressure was really good. Can hear the river from the master bedroom which is cool. Back bedroom is quieter and has bunk beds with a queen size bed on the bottom and extends out from the wall rather than being directly against it making it easier to get in and out. Will definitely stay there again. Only suggestion to the owners (if they read this) is maybe move the table between the 2 couches to the end of the couch closest to the river and add a lamp that extends out over the 2 couches for additional light in that space instead. Overall loved this place!

Great summer location
End corner, top floor unit. Good views, multiple balconies. Seemingly new carpet and newer washer/dryer stack set. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, knives were dull and almost all were the serrated type. Unable to locate cutting board, had to use cookie sheet to protect counters when cutting watermelon. Noticed items such as crock pot, blender, and waffle iron. Ice maker worked well. 10 to 12 min walk to downtown main street. Wonderful place to bike ride. Free outdoor Summer Concerts in Frisco off main street every Thursday evening. Mattresses comfortable. Community hot tubs were out of order part of the time, but repaired quickly. Nice common grounds with 10 mile creek and picnic tables. No A/C, as anticipated. We did not have need for it, especially with corner unit - easy for cross breeze. I was unable to locate lap blanket(s) to use on sofa for cool evenings. Good water pressure. May not be suitable for families with young toddlers or persons who have moblity issues with stairs. Thank you for sharing your home, would stay there again.
