Decent apartment

This was an overall decent apartment. Definitely modern - even industrial - feeling. Floors are poured concrete with some type of sealant so it is smooth; no throw rugs anywhere to soften feel/noise. Room is definitely very small; would be tough to fit more than 3 or maybe 4 people. Bathroom is spacious but minimal counter space (so tough to find spots to set things). Bathroom has grab bars on walls; only posts on which to hang towels. Biggest complaint disappointment is paper thin walls - could hear EVERY noise in area. Room also has locked door to adjoining space (similar to a hotel?) where noises and odors/fragrances seem to seep over from other room. Owners did not seem to know how wi-fi worked and could not get us connected to router in room. Room was overall clean, reasonably priced, in a decent area, and close to the train line - but I would probably not elect to stay here again.

Small, thin walls and an odor, but great host experience

The host was great and very helpful! I had a great experience with the host. The overall space was much smaller that the pictures showed, the walls were pretty thin and there was a pungent odor of the building that constantly wafted into the room. The space worked out for me regardless because I was here to visit family and wasn’t really around. The host was truly so great and if they had other properties I would likely be inclined to work with them again.

The apartment of gloom and doom!

This property was as spartan as is possible. Industrial minuscule towels, door lock to exterior of the building not operable so anyone on the street could come in the lobby area.Trash and filth and discarded clothing on the ground.Dog poop in the lobby floor for two days.Loud angry voices arguing in a drunken fight late at night twice.Smoke detectors with low batteries going off during the night.A dog left inside the building in the adjacent apt howling and moaning because its owner left it there when they left or left it there too long.Dog poop everywhere outside the apt and in the lower level window well door area outside the below grade apt.The whole place stunk and was disheveled. Not so much as the first picture or piece of interior decoration others than a vase with faux grass on the kitchen counter.. this was the absolute worst money I ever spent on a place to stay.It really was depressing place to stay. The owner of this unit obviously cares about nothing but getting their money. They suck big time.and they should be ashamed of what they offer for what they charge

Convenient Location

Location is very convenient, accommodations are solid for the price. Only issue was checking in, the property had changed the codes for the main door and the check in instructions didn't have the update, but property manager got me the new code right away.
