The Space

1 Hotel South Beach is a unique echo inspired five-star luxury destination for traveler. It boasts 600 feet of pristine sandy beaches along the Atlantic coastline. There are multiple culinary venues on property each with its own signature menu. For your convenience food and beverage service is also available at the pool and beach.

The hotel also features four pools including the adults-only rooftop pool. The beach and the rooftop pool offer our guests a designated private area where staff will cater to your every need.

For families traveling with children ages 4-12 the 1 Hotel offers Seedlings, a nature focused day camp experience.

To further unwind after day in the sun make an appointment to pamper yourself in the serenity of the Bamford Spa or work off your day in the 14,000 sq. ft. Anatomy Gym or at the chic SoulCycle spinning studio.

Do you know that there are no rental restrictions at 1 Hotel & Homes? You can purchase a unit and use it when you want, and we'll rent it out for you the rest of the time.

HOTEL RESORT FEE

At check-in, You must provide a credit card, Front desk will authorize your credit card for $200/day (up to 7 days), to cover for any incidentals and misc. charges made in the hotel. At checkout whatever is not used from that hold is refunded back to guest in 3-5 business days. Guest must also pay the mandatory $60 + taxes daily resort fee at the time of check-in.

Four swimming pools, hot tub, free beach service with umbrellas and chairs (first come first serve), hotel restaurants and bars, kid's club (for an additional fee), gym, spa, concierge services, free transportation on an Audi E-tron car (first come first served basis, within a 3-mile radius from the hotel, drop off only)

Unless previously arranged, the resort fee and/or any other charges made to the room will be deducted from the security deposit if it was not paid at check-in.

COVID-19 RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please note that you must comply with hotel Covid-19 rules and regulations, including but not limited to the use of masks, temperature checking, following social distance guidelines and walk paths if provided. Please note that no outside guests are allowed in the pool or units until further notice.

Fees or fines imposed by the Hotel for non-compliance of their Covid-19 rules, will be deducted from your security deposit.
