This adorable, blue-shingled ocean-view home is right across the street from the beach in central Lincoln City—and it’s as charming indoors as out. Thoughtful updates and a pet-friendly vibe, soothing Coastal decor, new flooring and updated kitchen will charm and relax you instantly. You’ll find sweet little extras like a pet station near the front door and a coffee bar in the kitchen. The main-floor queen bedroom is right across the hall from a beautifully updated bath.

The beach is down a set of stairs a half-block down, and you’re two blocks from the nostalgic Nelscott District, where you can find a delicious breakfast, state-of-the-art coffee, the coast’s biggest second-hand bookstore, Mexican food, chocolate, and more. The rest of Lincoln City is easy to access by car, and you’re minutes away from lots more tourist fun in Salishan, Depoe Bay and Newport. Charlies Lookout

At the very south end of Lincoln City, but has a great beach access not even a block away. Very clean, comfortable, lots of extras like coffee, dog treats and towels.

Great Place!

We loved this little house! Plenty roomy for us with enough view to satisfy. Beach access was super easy for the ‘old ladies’. The small backyard is muddy and so mud gets tracked in by your puppets, but nothing a quick wipe can’t handle! Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location and stay!

This was a lovely place, with everything you could want - both in the location and the amenities. Lots of themed decor made us feel at home. The beach was mere feet away. Felt safe and had everything we needed. This place gets top marks!

Perfect beach house

Nice Getaway

This property was located close to the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked one with kitchen items we have ever been to in a rental. Even a beautiful new spice rack. It is a comfortable home that I recommend.

Beach Getaway

The house was wonderful and even better than described in the listing. Very comfortable and cozy, well furnished and decorated very nice. Very accommodating for dogs and while the backyard is small it is fully fenced. We will be coming back.

Very Clean and Dog Friendly

It's always hard to find a clean dog friendly place to stay. This house was great! Very clean and they provide a little basket of dog supplies, towels, toy, dishes. The little fenced yard was great for them to go out every once in awhile at night. It's got beach access.

Lovely home

Beach is across the street & views from home are beautiful! If you like to cook the kitchen is very well equipped and has a lovely spice rack. The house has two excellent queens beds and a few other sleep surface. Sadly the two sleeper couches were not comfortable but. There are plenty of throw blankets for people plus sheets and blankets dedicated for dogs!

Cozy and Great Location!

The location was better than expected! You can see the ocean from the big front windows up and downstairs. There is a beach entrance half a block down the road and some restaurants and coffee shops a couple blocks away. We did bring our two dogs and the yard was not really a yard but rather a muddy fenced in garden (just a heads up to pet owners). It was cozy and the furniture was comfy. The upstairs bed is a bit removed, so it felt like we had some space. I would bring cooking oil or spices, but they have cooking utensils, coffee, etc. I couldn't find the check in email and when I called someone answered right away with help. Would recommend!

Lovely House - great for my family of 4!

Once I figured out which of the 3 lockboxes held the key & got in, everything was lovely. We enjoyed playing some of the games upstairs and there was plenty of room for my two teenagers and husband & I to spread out and have some space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have the second potty upstairs! The house is on a second row of houses from the ocean, as pictured, and you can see the waves crashing from the house. I didn’t do laundry, but noticed there was some detergent, if needed. There were lots of small touches to make us feel welcomed. I did try to ask a question through the vrbo website that wasn’t responded to, but there was also a phone number that I didn’t try… so maybe that would have had a better response.

Spent Monday to Friday at this property. The photos online give a very accurate view of this property. Very clean and well stocked kitchen area, they have all you need to prepare meals onsite. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, about a quarter mile away. This house has a great ocean view from the front window and porch. You can walk to the beach in less than 1 minute. You have two parking spots off street which is nice as there is limited street parking in the area. The washer and dryer are the compact apartment size for small loads but worked well. The house only has one TV and its in the living room. None in the bedrooms or loft. (At least one more in the loft area would be nice, hint hint) This house was fair priced, in great condition and in a very nice location. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this to other vacationers to the Lincoln City area.

Great Beach House

We loved this property and would definitely stay again! We would also highly recommend it to others!! That said, there were a few things that could be improved! First, the “doggie linens” were not washed/replaced from the prior stay, so we didn’t have clean dog towels, sheets, blankets for our dogs. (We found replacement sets in the downstairs bedroom closet!) Second, the prior guests did not pickup after their dogs in the backyard, so there were several piles of poop that should have been disposed by cleaning service prior to our arrival. There were no boxes of tissues in the bathrooms - but we bought our own. Lastly, the cleaning service did not do a great job of sweeping/vacuuming, and there was dirt/sand along the edges of bathroom and kitchen floors. Despite those few minor inconveniences, we would come back!!
