About this property
Lunita Loft: Sun-filled loft in industrial Gowanus
Sun-filled, cozy loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping space is spacious with tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, Smart TV, ample counter space for cooking, laundry, and dishwasher. We will provide complimentary locally roasted coffee!
The loft is located on the third floor of an industrial building (no elevator access, guests must be able to climb two flights of stairs.) There is a tool shop on the ground floor that is open until 5pm on weekdays, as well as a pet lodging/grooming establishment. The building itself remains very quiet, but please note that street noise can be loud - especially in the morning!
There is also a beautiful open event space attached to this loft that is regularly used for artistic and creative occasions (separate booking process).
Hosts live across the hall and are available for any immediate needs.
We truly love this building and space. It is full of character, within walking distance to many of the city's best attractions, and feels like a true Brooklyn loft experience! We ask that you remain respectful of our house rules so that the space can be maintained in all of its charm - can't wait to host you!
