We take great pride in our home and neighborhood as Phoenicians, of 40 plus years. My wife and I are blessed to be able to share our home with you. My wife’s passion is quilting, sewing, skiing, and spending time with our granddaughter. I enjoy golfing, the outdoors and road trips.

In the heart of the upscale Arcadia neighborhood, that boarders Scottsdale, Old Town Scottsdale, and Tempe. It's a beautiful, safe, well-appointed, and very comfortable home with everything you would want for your getaway. Close to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Short drive or walking proximity to numerous Diner’s, Drive-Ins and Dives restaurants, shopping, golf courses, biking, hiking, arts and entertainment and sporting venues (Arizona Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamond Back’s, WM Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson Auction).
