LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!! Endless Summer is a waterfront condo with amazing views and a private dock, perfectly located on popular Pine Avenue- walking distance to the beach, Anna Maria City Pier, an abundance of fabulous restaurants, and lots of shopping.

New LVP flooring installed December 2022! This 2 bedroom/1 bath condo is on the 2nd story (no condo above) providing amazing views of the gulf canal, from both the den and dining area. The dock, viewable from the condo, is only steps away and is great for launching kayaks, fishing, or even temporarily docking a jet ski (no trailer parking permitted on-site), with having direct access to the gulf. If you don’t feel like driving and want to get out and explore the island, take the free trolley, with a stop right outside your condo, that travels up and down the breathtaking 7-mile island (Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, & Bradenton Beach), with amble stops along the way. Whether you want to escape the cold winters, fish, relax on the beach, or eat great food, you won’t regret your stay at Endless Summer!

A beautiful view

The view from the condo is very pretty. We loved our stay at Endless Summer. It is very comfortable and in a great location. The weather wasn't very warm for most of the week, but we had a nice time with long walks on beaches and visiting the aquarium, and some kayaking. We really enjoyed a visit to Tampa Electric for Manatee viewing (a wonderful cold weather activity). We had a great week and appreciate the considerate and responsive owners! Thank you Eric and Kaci

Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed our time at this adorable place on Anna Maria! This home was a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway. It was especially nice to have the many conveniences of home since we flew in and were not able to bring beach equipment with us. The owners were quick to respond to us and made the process very easy.

Wonderful Place and Location

We had the best time ever, the condo was very close to the Pier and Restaurant's. and a short distance to the free trolley. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a perfect visit and the owners were very helpful with all my questions.

It was a great location, right near the city pier and many restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable especially the beds.Eric was a wonderful host and the condo was very clean. Would definitely stay there again !

Beautiful Bayou

We had a delightful stay enjoying easy access to both sunrises and sunsets as well as long walks on the beach. Just sitting on the couch looking at out on the canal is quite a view. We travel a lot and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve stayed. They have thought of everything!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It has everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinner. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful! The location is perfect, it is close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

I very short walk to the pier and food/shopping Condo was perfectly located and a is kept very nice. The owner was very helpful in resolving a problem with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at this condo again

Wedding Bliss

We stayed here for our destination wedding and had family and friends that also traveled to the area. This location is close to everything downtown. We could easily walk or take the trolley to anywhere we needed. We extended our stay to include our honeymoon as well. The bikes and kayaks were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again :)

This condo was just perfect! Clean and comfy beds! The moment we walked in we were struck by the beautiful water view! The location was close to everything! The shops. The restaurants. If you want an awesome location look no further! Plus we had a washer and dryer! I must when you go to the beach every day and pack light! Bikes were awesome! We biked every day to sandbar walked 2 miles then biked back! We then packed up for the day after brunch and headed back down to the Sandbar to hang out at our favorite beach!

The location is prime in this condo! So close to everything. In my opinion bean point and the surrounding neighborhood is the best and this location is perfect. The provided bikes and kayaks made zipping around fun and easy. We also rented a golf cart mostly to make it easy to get to the beach with all of our things. But honestly you can walk everywhere. AMI is perfection! Thank you

Beautiful condo, just steps away from pier

Beautiful condo. Awesome location. Everything looks brand new, very clean. Two bedrooms, fully functional kitchen. Kayaks available just down the stairs. Fun fishing on canal. Restaurants , deli’s, pizza, ice cream, bait shop, bike kayaks rentals no more then 5 minutes walk. Just awesome. I hope I’ll be able to get there soon

Quiet condo with amazing sunsets

We had a great time at Endless Summer. We especially enjoyed walking to Bean Point, bringing the chairs provided and sitting at the bayside beach, and watching the sunset on the dock. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us. Great location to walk to many things. We found Anna Maria beaches to be q busy some days, so we also drove to Longboat Key and Coquino Beach which were very close and not as busy. We made almost all of our meals in the condo and found the airfryer to be very useful! Easy check in/out experience too and Eric was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Peaceful little place!

This was perfect for a one-week getaway with my husband. There is a full kitchen, the bed was comfy. The unit includes a small washer and dryer. It was a little far for walking to the beach, but the complex was incredibly peaceful and quiet! It was nice have a water view from the back porch and dock. We saw manatee as well as dolphins. Also it was within easy walking distance of the local convenience store and two different ice cream locations. We rented a really nice beach umbrella from Beach Bums right up the road which had a great weekly rate and they will pick up whatever you rent directly from wherever you stay. The bikes were in great working order as well we just chose to mostly walk.
