Make your reservations for this spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located on the white sand beaches of unspoiled Navarre Beach, Florida. Our unit #405 at The Pearl of Navarre Beach contains a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, wet bar and spacious living within 1378 square feet. The large, fourth-floor, private balcony overlooks two pools and hot tub and offers a gorgeous view of The Pearl's beautiful beach and the Gulf's turquoise-blue waters.

Master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, very large walk-in closet, luxurious Jacuzzi bath, and separate glass-enclosed shower. Full view glass wall with two sliding doors provides the soothing sounds of the waves as well as panoramic Gulf views from both master bedroom and living room. Guest bedroom contains queen and single beds with a large closet and guest bath has a large shower/tub combination.

Because the property is located on a barrier island between Navarre Beach Marine Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore, the area is quaint and unspoiled; with over 20 miles of federally protected sugar white beaches. However, popular Pensacola Beach and Destin are only short drives away (15-25 miles). Your visit will be completed with views of porpoises, stingrays, and a variety of native game fish from the nearby popular Navarre fishing pier. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are also spectacular. Also, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards, floats, crab nets and kids sand toys are available in our outside closet.

This vacation rental is perfect for families and couples. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Owner’s Additional Booking Option: Inquire about check or PayPal booking options. Significant cost savings (abt $250-300 per weekly stay) is available by booking directly with the owners and avoiding credit card and some service fees. Great family getaway

We had a great week at the Pearl. We have been there a few times already and this unit did not disappoint. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys that came with the unit and we had plenty of room.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the pearl. The place was well stocked with essentials. We really liked that there was a closet filled with all the beach items for the family. It was our first time to Navarre beach and we liked this location. We didn’t really need the owner for anything during the stay but they had great communication before we got there. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough.

A magic getaway!

I’ve been coming to Navarre Beach for about 12 years. I am so glad I came across this place to stay on this trip! It was my favorite in all of my Navarre trips. This was a belated anniversary getaway for my husband and I. The condo was spotless and fully equipped for the beach as well. I’m looking forward to coming back with the kids. Leo was in great communication with any questions I had which were minimal because everything was so wonderful! You also have an amazing view of the pier which made it great for sunrises with your morning coffee and sunsets. The balcony was also very private compared to other places I have stayed. Truly an A stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Loved it!

The condo had everything we needed and more! We’ve been coming to Navarre since 2017 and always stay at The Pearl but we’ve never had a condo that offered so much like this one. Numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, BEACH WAGON - it was so nice to have all of that there and not have to bring it ourselves! Communication with the property manager was easy. No complaints at all and we’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't what we hoped for but it was still very relaxing. The condo was very nice and clean. And it was really nice that there was chairs that we could use for the beach! I will definitely be booking another stay there without question! Thank you to the property owners and the pearl for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful location

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful and well-stocked. The property (The Pearl) is well-maintained, with staff daily sweeping off sand, cleaning the pools, and manicuring the grounds. The host was easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we ever visit Navarre.

The best condo

This condo is great! Kitchen has all you will ever need to prepare meals. Great space for dining and family time. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great people to work with. View of Gulf is incredible from the patio. We did not use heated pool but many guests did daily. Returning next year.

Can't say enough great things about this property!

Great balcony with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and very clean! The heated pool was wonderful for our kids on days it was cooler. The condo was equipped with everything which was wonderful! It had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and so much more. It was great not having to pack all the extra stuff. We also loved the location which was about 45 minutes away from exploring two bigger cities. We would absolutely stay here again as the host was more than helpful and very accommodating. Thank you!

Beautiful Navarre Beach

Navarre Beach is beautiful! This condo was nice and met our needs. Needs some updating with appliances like washer and garbage disposal, but host quickly responded. Tons of towels, beach supplies like chairs, toys, umbrellas, and kitchen appliances. Had a separate ice maker which was nice! Beds comfy! Pools clean and maintained at condo! Would stay again!

Love Navarre Beach

I love Navarre Beach. Been going since 1995, and to The Pearl since 2000! The property needs a bit of renovation, but was in good shape considering the last 2 years and I’m sure hard to keep employees. Sailors Grill is wonderful place to eat! Come out of The Pearl hand a left and take a drive to Pensacola, the scenic drive along the gulf is breathtaking. Owners of condo are wonderful, and if there is a need for anything, easy to get a hold of!

Love Navarre! - Nice condo, Great view, and Clear water

Loved our stay in Navarre! Navarre is more small town feel and less busy but still has plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Also loved the bridge access to condo that had water on both sides (gulf on south and bay on north). Really pretty area. Not as much to do as Destin or Orange Beach but way less crowded if that is what you are looking for. My family still found plenty of activities with the Navarre Pier fishing, paddle board rentals on beach, and Jet Ski rentals/Obstacle Course both at Navarre Family Water Park. Note: There is no para-sailing now on Navarre Beach which was on our bucket list to do. We have been to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Destin and think the water at Navarre was the clearest with a pretty teal shade. You could see your feet in chest high water. Makes it really fun for kids to look for shells with goggles. Condo was nice, well kept, and balcony view was great. Also had a good wagon and chairs that came in handy at beach. Check-in and entry access to condo was easy and convenient. Parking at property was plentiful and never an issue. Pool on The Pearl property was another bonus being larger than most and very clean. Very short walk from pool directly on to beach which was well kept. One thing to be aware of is that the properties on this strip allow the chair/umbrella rentals to setup up really early every day on front 2 rows of beach which makes it almost impossible to setup your own tents/chairs right next to water unless you rent. Even then, we asked on first day and they were already all reserved for entire week. So we just had to setup our stuff behind all of the rentals and walk through to water. Not that big of a deal but a little frustrating. Most other properties we have stayed at make the rental chair companies sit back off water so people have clear access to beach front. Not the case here, at least on our trip. Our only condo issues we had that did not meet description on VRBO was the nice ice maker in condo advertised was broken and did not work all week which was disappointing. We also had some issues with WIFI being slow and non-responsive but we made due with our cell phone hot spots as needed. Lastly, only 2 elevators which can sometimes get crowded and slow so we ended up taking stairs quite a bit since this condo only on 4th floor and next to stairwell. All in all, we would definitely come back to Navarre area again and enjoyed our stay at The Pearl and this condo!
