Nice modern place
It’s a fairly basic place that isn’t too fancy but very clean and has everything you need. Location is close to lots of good breweries and food. Transit station is just a short walk up the road to get around the city. Rooftop patio was awesome and probably our favorite part of the stay. Only tricky part was the on street parking was very full and hard to find a spot on the weekend, but we eventually got one.

House is really beautiful. Just had trouble of parking and the fact the front room is really bright due to the blinds being open. It would have been better if there were curtains

Had a nice time in his small place
The home is small and the outdoor area was really not accessible, but for the great price we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we needed more towels which they brought for us. We were three adults and maybe a little cramped. I had the bottom bunk bed and the light did shine in from outside, so I’d suggest some blackout curtains to make the room for better sleep.

Stay in SLC for Blade Show
The apartment suited our needs just fine, as there were 3 beds for 3 people. The property was clean inside and well taken care of. The instructions for getting into the building were confusing and difficult to interpret, but it was ok once we figured it out. Parking at this property was very difficult, and was the worst part of the stay. Overall it was a nice apartment that gave us a place to rest after the show.

SLC girls trip
Location was great for us to access from the highway and close to transit to the university. Lots of parking, liked that we could access from the street direct to the condo and didn’t have to go through the lobby. Only downside was living room area is small with tiny couch and side chair. Not a cozy place to sit and visit but we made do.

Central to Everything.
I stayed here with my son. It was clean and comfortable; and centrally located to various attractions (downtown, capital building, temple square, aquarium, etc). It was the perfect size for two people…we would book again the next time we are in SLC.

Do not stay here
Host double booked our unit and two guys walked in while we were sitting at the table. Pictures are deceiving and it is in a bad area with no parking. Tried contacting the host to cancel for double booking and host was nasty and hostile towards us even though our safety and belongings were jeopardized with multiple people having access to our unit. Host is just money hungry and the place is not worth the price at all. I’ve stayed in nicer Super 8 hotels.

Ski trip lodging
Great little basement spot. Had to message the owner about getting access code. Very limited street parking to access unit. Unit could use curtains to block out outside light that comes in. Had all the amenities we need to stay for a few days while skiing.

Functional
Contained all required items, no more: salt, pepper, italian seasoning—no coffee, tea, sugar. Modern and clean, basically a kitchen with two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Not sunny—since in basement, must keep windows covered. Small inaccessible outside area (sliding glass door not openable) covered with many items of street trash, as is exterior planted strip in front of building, and street in general. Earsplitting building fire alarm went off— a not infrequent occurrence according to a building tenant.

Nice Place in a Convenient Location
This place had everything we needed for our stay in SLC. Everything inside was clean and felt new. The direct access to the unit (rather than having to go inside the main building entrance) was a nice plus. The location was perfect for our stay. We didn't have or need a car since this place is very close to the 900S 200W Trax station, which has trains every 15 minutes from all 3 of SLC's Trax trains (which are only $2.50 for a one-way or $5 for a day pass, and they can get you to/from the airport). My friend and I worked remotely during the day. The wifi was fast and reliable. There is a desk in each bedroom. There are many windows, so there's plenty of natural light during the day, which is really nice, but some light does still get in past the blinds at night, but that didn't really bother me. The walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors and neighborhood were quiet, so it was never an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and I will definitely keep this place in mind for next year.

Functional apartment
I travel with a lot of sporting gear and I like to cook at home. There was adequate storage for all my stuff and I was very pleased with the kitchen. The dishwasher is excellent, better than the one I have at home- LOL. The kitchen has an electric range, and oven, a large microwave, and all the cookware that I needed. There are also dish place settings for up to six people. The Long butcher block table and granite countertop were great for preparing meals. There is a coin operated washer and dryer just down the hall. The location is good, it is near the expressway ramp and Target is within walking distance. The UTA, train station at 900 South is also within walking distance. The parking is a little bit competitive. You'll find a spot but, sometimes they're not always available right out in front of the building.

Nice place, bad neighborhood.
The VRBO itself was very nice - full kitchen, very well stocked with utensils. It is a basement unit. It has a concrete floor and a couple of rugs or floor mats would be nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom nice. The laundry that is mentioned is down the hall and coin operated. The neighborhood was not good. Litter and homeless folks. First night fire alarm 2:23 am, then arguments outside on the sidewalk the next night. And the car alarm that went off in the middle of the night. The overflowing dumpsters were emptied at 6:15 am (loud). Parking was a big problem. We rented a car and could not get a parking spot in the evening several times (drove around waiting for someone to leave). There are several coffee, shops and restaurants nearby, That you can walk to. And a couple of breweries.
