"Location Location" and beautiful ocean views is what keeps our guests coming back each year (over 20+ years). Fall asleep/wake up to the sound of Nantucket Sound hitting the sand just steps away. Our contemporary style studio efficiency has all the comforts of home and the pictures speak for themselves. The cathedral ceiling/skylit bedroom/livingroom area is bright and sunny and the unit is decorated tastefully with coastal colors. The fully stocked (pots, pans, dishes, etc) upgraded eat in kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Off the kitchen is a full bath which has been recently remodeled. The "sleeping loft" is only suitable for an older child (use at own risk and only accessible via pulldown attic stairs) Sitting on the deck enjoying a cocktail or dinner on the high top table offers beautiful ocean views of Nantucket Sound The deck also has two very comfortable adirondack chairs. Oceanwinds complex offers and outdoor "rinse off" shower to it's guests along with tables and grills out back. Our unit has A/C, ceiling fan and high speed WIFI which is password protected.
Other amenities include a small association public beach directly across the street, We have deeded beach rights but it's not a private beach to our complex. There are two other larger beaches (one to the left past 4 houses and one to the right about a 3 minute walk.
Being a studio, our condo is most suited for 2 adults, however, sleeping loft can be used by older child/teen only. Restaurants, shops, golf, activities, ferry service to the islands are located only minutes away by car. You can walk to a few restaurants and two larger beaches (3 minute walk)
Please note: Towels and Sheets ARE NOT provided. You MUST bring your own. If this is a hardship (if you are traveling via plane) several of my guest have used a linen rental service. (Info to be provided upon request) There are no washer/dryer facilities on the premise. This is the norm for complexes such as these (all owner owned units). Comforter, Pillows and blankets provided, however, most guests do like to bring their own.
There is a designated parking spot for one vehicle ONLY (Car or SUV only).
No attached trailers or motor homes are allowed.
I have retained the same housekeeper for over 18 years. She goes above and beyond with disinfecting and sanitizing. My 5 star reviews is a reflection of her work.

Peak season rentals are Saturday to Saturday requiring a 7 or 14 night minimum. Off season check in/check out dates are flexible. There is a $75 cleaning fee and $200 fully refundable security deposit. There is no security deposit required for return guests. Book now for prime summer vacation weeks.
*Activities: There are many activities to keep you busy on your vacation. Rent an electric paddle boat or canoe/kayak and paddle your way up Swan River ending at South Village Beach. Try a Whale Watch out of neighboring Harwichport or take a cruise around Hyannisport Harbor. Antique shops galore line historic route 6A in Dennis. Golf, hiking and bike rentals are close by. Ferry service to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are just minutes away. Activities are endless on beautiful Cape Cod.
*Area: Dennisport is located approximately one and one-half hours from Boston.
It is centrally located in the middle of Cape Cod, making it convenient for day trips to either direction of the cape. This area offers some of the best restaurants featuring the freshest of seafood. Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis is 20 minutes away, but shops of all kinds stretch for miles on route 28, which is five minutes from the condo.
Massachusetts imposes a 14.45% lodging tax to all owners who rent their property. You will see this tax listed in the breakdown of costs. We are registered owners of rental property with the Massachusetts Dept of Revenue.
