Well Kept Home in Quiet Utica Neighborhood

The property was clean and well kept with a lot of amenities. The EV charger was great because I have an EV. I was in town for the World Lacrosse Championships and the host was very accomodating. I would stay here again.

Lovely Home Perfect for Young Families

I would recommend this home to anyone with young children. We let the host know we had a toddler, and they had baby gates and a pack and play set up for us when we arrived as well as some age appropriate toys. The home is well loved with a fenced in back yard. The host was very accommodating and there is a grocery store right around corner. The neighborhood is quiet and there is off street parking available.

About the host

We are residents of North Carolina but split our time between our home in NC and our Utica home. We enjoy hiking, cycling, boating, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. Utica is a great place for many of these activities

Why they chose this property

Lovingly refurbished and updated house in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery, restaurants and pharmacy. We are only a few miles from the Utica Zoo and Valley View Golf Course, as well as several parks.

What makes this property unique

You will feel right at home in this comfortable, cheery, and bright house with its many amenities. Even before we refurbished and painted this home, we were delighted by the bright and airy, yet warm feel.
The location is perfect for so many activities from cross-country skiing to biking the Erie Canalway trails. There are some great restaurants in and near Utica, and it is only a few hours from the lovely Adirondack mountains.
