Located in the heart of Pacific Beach and a 20 minute walk to the beach - this modern beach condo has been designed to be aesthetically pleasing and setup for groups of friends, coworkers, and families to enjoy San Diego and all of its amazing natural beauty and attractions. You have the best of both worlds at our home - a central location with easy access to drive to all the hotspots but also a quiet neighborhood where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the world.

Accuracy and clarity are paramount to us as hosts since we are avid travelers and love staying in new places. We realize that our honest self assessment of our property is crucial to our potential guests - and we humbly request that you read our entire listing description so that you can make the best choice for your stay.

We want to ensure that we host the right guests - low maintenance travelers that are respectful to our community and neighborhood. This would not be an ideal venue for a large loud party, nor would it be a good fit for a luxury traveler that’s used to room service or concierges.

We want travelers that are going to be respectful to us and our neighbors and apply common sense and critical thinking when staying in a new environment. Below is a quick verbal tour of the property so you have a clear idea of what you’re getting when you book our home. When you first arrive at the property - you will walk up the single set of stairs (we are on the second floor of a two story building)

Once you get to the front door - you will walk through the into our living room. This room has a leather convertible sofa that can comfortably sleep two people or for reading and relaxing while you watch movies in front of a large smart TV behind is artfully decorated wall.

The kitchen/bar area has bar seating for three serves as breakfast nook as well. We typically recommend our guests take advantage of the absolutely phenomenal local cuisine that is walking distance to the house. One of the best parts of living in Pacific Beach is the accessibility to so many different types of food from such vast parts of the world - right at your fingertips. You can have Brazilian acai bowls for breakfast and then sample the local flavors of Thailand for lunch, then finish off the day with high quality Mexican fare for dinner - without having to use your car! Let’s continue our tour into the living spaces.

There are two bedrooms at the end of the hall and one toilet and bath. Each of our bedrooms features high quality, hotel grade, queen sized beds with freshly laundered linens and towels. The bathroom has a tiled shower with upgraded fixtures for you to use. We recommend that guests bring their own toiletries sets so that we can keep our cleaning staff and future guests safe. If you need anything - there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and groceries stores less than a 5 minute walk from the home.

The master's suite features a high quality queen sized bed but also has a small desk and desk chair for working. This bedroom has en suite bathroom with tub and is great for calming down after a busy day at work or after visiting the many beaches near-by!

You will have access to park a car on the property and street parking is plentiful if you have any additional vehicles.

If you have any other questions - don’t hesitate to drop us a message! We reply promptly and want to ensure that our guests have all the information they need prior to booking. We humbly request that all guests that will be visiting the home be added to the reservation. Our insurance requires that any daytime visitors, family members, or friends be formally added to the reservation if they are going to be inside our home. This is a very strict rule and cannot be broken. If you have 3 people spending the night but 2 additional guests stopping by the house - please book for 5 people.

We report all our reservations to our HOA to remain respectful of our neighborhood and any discrepancies will result in termination of the reservation without refund. We want our guests to use common sense and decency when visiting our home and provide us an accurate idea of your plans.

We have also established a quick guidebook to give you an idea of the distances from all local and major attractions in San Diego. All timing is dependent on traffic but it should give you an idea of the distances in relation to where you want to go.
