Welcome to the entertainment district of lower south end . The home of multiple breweries, coffee shops and art galleries . The house is walking distance to the lynx light rail & will take you directly to uptown or (5 min drive to southend). It’s a brand new home with beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms and a rooftop with a hammock and charming lights . This house is perfectly suited for professionals passing through Charlotte or group of friends coming to visit & explore our beautiful Queen City .

The Space:
Brand new town home conveniently accessible to highways. The house consists of three floors , dinning area , kitchen , living space , office space and three sleeping areas . The second floor has the master bedroom with master bathroom. Also it includes a second bedroom with full bathroom . The third floor included a loft style bedroom with a full bathroom and access to the rooftop.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to the light rail and many breweries and coffee shops .

Getting Around:
The house includes a garage for two cars . Third car can be parked parallel to the garage entrance . Any extra cars can be parked on the street at the owners risk.

Fantastic Host and Great stay

Really enjoyed our stay we came down for a hornets game and some fun and we were close to everything. Host was very accommodating. This will be my first choice when I come back to Charlotte

We had a great time and experience staying at this wonderful townhouse. The place was clean and had a great setup to host 6-7 people. The location was amazing. I would highly recommend this house and host!

Bowl game stayover

We were in Charlotte for the Duke Mayo Bowl. This unit was very modern and suited our needs to a T. Our 16 year old grandson got the top floor with the balcony. He could have stayed for days. The unit was very clean and convenient by car to Bank of America Stadium. The 2-car garage was also convenient.

Amazing Stay

This townhouse was perfect. 3 couples each with our own bathroom. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was very responsive and there if we needed anything. Would definitely use again.

Nice new townhouse in a redeveloping area outside of Charlotte downtown. Walking distance to some good brewery’s l. The townhouse was nice and had everything you needed.

Great Accommodations for a Girls Weekend

We had a pleasant experience during our stay last weekend. Loved hanging out on the cute little rooftop and enjoyed the location of the townhouse being close to most things in Charlotte. Only negative is there were so many stairs to get to the bedrooms, which was particularly challenging for someone with a disability that uses a cane, but I should have realized that before booking.

Good stay, confusing check-in

Very much enjoyed the stay at the property. The host was attentive to our needs. Check-in was confusing as the address listed on this property was incorrect and we improperly were attempting to trespass on another's property upon arrival. Fortunately, that other property occupant was kind and directed us where to go. I hope the actual property address is indicated moving forward.

Beautiful and clean! Lots of stairs.

We absolutely loved staying here! We came for a quick weekend for a football game and everything was great! The townhome was clean as a whistle, ample towels and supplies, plenty of space to lounge around, and fully accurate to the listing! I guess I didn’t recognize there would be quite so many stairs, but I also didn’t pay attention to the exterior pictures. Having parents that are nervous with stairs, this was the only issue we had. A lack of attention on my part, and I own that!! The hosts were amazing at problem solving my booking mistake and helped tremendously in resolving it. We would definitely stay here again, no hesitation.

Review

It started off as a horrible stay. The property address is listed wrong so we had no clue what was going on. The owner had us call her once I reached out to her that the code was not working. After some miscommunication, she started by asking us to leave the property while we were 3.5 hours from home. I understand she was frustrated, but guest have a right to ask questions. Once we got things settled with her, she offered a 50.00 refund and we didn't have to change the linens (mainly because the washer and dryer had not been emptied) property is amazing, just need better directions and the owner needs to be more kind with questions.
