This corner apartment with its balconies, offers stunning views of the amazing Biscayne Bay, the Miami River, and the city.
This large unit will captivate you with its 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, open living space, floor to ceiling windows and a kitchen completely equipped with Italian cabinets, granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, Nespresso-type coffee maker, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero and full-size washer/dryer in the unit.
Exclusive 100Mb internet and 100 TV channels.

We also include two bathrobes (to go to the pool, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna), towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

We also rent other properties: studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom condos in Brickell and Coconut Grove, all deluxe and well maintained.

The luxurious Icon Brickell resort in Miami was designed by Philippe Starck, with dramatic views on Biscayne Bay and featuring a magnificent SPA, fitness center, wet and dry saunas. It is surrounded by the Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River.

Referred to as the 'Manhattan of the South', Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and home to many of Miami's top restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.

The Mary Brickell Village, Bayfront Park, and Mall, the A. A. Arena and the new PAMM museum are all within walking distance. The host cleaned up the place very nice! The experience was great! Awesome location right next to Brickell City Center and numerous parking garages to not do valet (optional). Amazing view from the apartment and easy accessibility!

Decent stay But…
Checkin was good. We got there a little earlier and was able to checkin about an hour before which was nice. Kat met us in the Lobby and she was very nice. We went up to the apartment and upon initial view it looked clean, but when we started to move around the apartment, we realized it was not as clean as we thought so we had to buy cleaner and we cleaned the kitchen counters and baths. Also, The carpet in the living room was not vacuumed. After that, on the second day, the master bath shower was leaking from the ceiling and we didn’t feel comfortable showering there so that was a bummer. We reported this and someone came to look at it and said it was coming from the apartment upstairs. Looking at the ceiling, it seemed that this wasn’t the first leak. For the remainder of the stay we could not use the shower. The best part of the apartment was the floor to ceiling windows which allowed for an amazing view of the city and the river. With the exception of the cleaning and shower mishaps, we had a decent stay.

This is our second time staying at Icon. So many great restaurants in walking distance and the views from the balcony are incredible! Condo is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were seamless and host was very friendly!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex. We like the large pool and use of the gym & spa. Location is good - don't need a car. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at the Icon Brickell. Miami Vacation Rentals manages this property; they were super nice and responsive. The unit itself was sparkling clean. It is large enough for 2 couples or a family of 4. The residences have access to the W Hotel pool, which is amazing, especially for swimmers.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.
