Keep it simple at this peaceful and family friendly home. This 3 bed-2 bath home is centrally-located in the desired West Sedona neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead with unreal sunset views. Located near cafes, breweries, shops, restaurants, ATV/Jeep rentals, hiking, etc. Enjoy the majestic scenery at the comfort of your private deck, or relax in your private hot tub. This cozy home will be the perfect retreat to enjoy all the wonders of Sedona.

Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood near hiking and shopping.

The entire home and yard can be accessed. Currently the garage is off limits, and there is a county wide burn ban, so the fire pit can not be used until dry season is over.

Best way to contact us is through AirBNB, we aim to respond within 10-15 minutes!

Literal 5 min walk from the front door to the Sugar Loaf Trailhead. Enjoy not having to worry about getting there early to find a parking spot! Also, don’t be surprised to see all the wildlife the neighborhood has to offer. Even on the property we have personally seen deer, quail, bobcats, foxes, coyotes, javelinas and rabbits strolling through the yard.

Long driveway allows for several cars to be parked. Driving around the neighborhood is very simple and straightforward.

Perfect Stay in an Ideal Sedona Location

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a perfect location—just minutes away from amazing restaurants and beautiful hiking trails. It was very clean and stocked with all the basic amenities we needed. Nicole was an amazing host—super responsive and accommodating. She even granted our last-minute request for a later checkout, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sedona

Walking distance to great trails

We had a great vacation in Sedona in November. Trails were really crowded so we were glad to be able walk to the nearby trailheads. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing week stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. We enjoyed hiking up Sugarloaf which was only a short walk from the house. Perfect location for downtown Sedona! We loved it here.

Family Hiking Adventure

My wife and I and our adult sons and their significant others (plus two dogs) planned a hiking adventure to Sedona. Our stay at this property was absolutely the best. The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms a nice kitchen and eating area. We cooked a couple of meals at the property which worked out well. But the absolute best part about this property is it location and proximity to the Sugar Loaf/Tea Cup trailhead. All 3 mornings we were in Sedona, we got up early and were able to walk to the trailhead not worry about traffic, parking or whether we would be able to start our hike early. We just walked to the trailhead and started our hike. I would highly recommend this property and when we go to Sedona next time, this property will be on the top of my list.

Therapy classmates week in Sedona

4 of us taking Myofascial Release course stayed here and loved it! Location was superb being next to Coffee Pot rock and up high! Also only 1/2 mile down our road was a shopping center with supermarket, water refill station, Mexican restaurant, yoga studio and a goodwill for any forgotten items!!!

Maxwell House property

The house was clean and the furniture and beds were super comfortable. The house was stocked with items such as coffee, bathroom items; toilet paper, q-tips, bandages and soaps/cleaning products. The property was in a great location as we were just minutes from a trail head for hiking and watching the sunset via the summit off the trail. If I should return to Sedona I’d rent this house again.

Sugar Loaf Trail

We loved being a 5 minute walk from the Sugar Loaf Trail Head and a quick drive away from shops, restaurants and more. Enjoying coffee and tea on the covered deck each morning with visits by a couple of deer and a havelina was so peaceful. Beds were comfortable and clean, with white sheets and lots of towels available. A great experience!

Fabulous home in Sedona!

Loved that we could walk to the Sugarloaf trailhead! The house was perfect for our family-clean and very comfortable. We used the BBQ and the hot tub. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Sedona

Perfect location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable. I stayed in the master bedroom and loved the long pillows - great for reading in bed. The location is great - you can walk to a few trails and even restaurants, stores at the bottom of Mountain Shadow Dr. We enjoyed the deck for unwinding after a day of hiking to read or have a cup of coffee, etc. I would definitely stay again if available!

Accommodations were perfect. We were happy with the location and walked to a hiking trail and enjoyed the neighborhood. The home was comfortable and clean. Lots of things to do in Sedona from hikes, shopping, dining, hot air balloons, and historic sites. We can’t wait to come back!

Book it - you won't regret it!

This home is the definition of a 5 star stay. The house was perfectly clean and beautiful. It was stocked above and beyond expectations; high-end toiletries, soap and tissues in all bathrooms, keurig coffee machine with pods, everything you could ask for. The owners were a pure delight - fast responses, super helpful, and friendly. The location was amazing - a few blocks away from a trailhead that can connect to many popular trails, as well as some quieter spots to enjoy some solitude. This is an even more important feature than we thought... while the weather wasn't great during our stay, the parking at trailheads and even the park & ride shuttles were sometimes full. Being able to walk out the door into the peaceful, friendly neighborhood and start your hiking adventure immediately was a treat. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a microbrewery are a short drive or leisurely walk away. We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill, and everything else this home had to offer. So glad we stayed here - thank you Nicole and Ted for everything!!

Perfect location, Comfy house!

Our first time in Sedona and we couldn’t have picked a better house. Immaculate throughout, great beds and bathrooms. For the two of us, just doing a little hiking and a lot of car exploring, it was perfection.
