Spring 2025

Had a wonderful view of the lake, bird watching was great. The weather held out fantastic. Of course we went to the horse races and enjoyed that. Great spring get a way and the condo was perfect!!

The condo was quiet and comfortable! The view was awesome and it was close to everything we wanted for the weekend. Kenneth was super responsive to any messages and very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely stay again!

Great Place

Such a great place!! We went for a quick weekend of relaxation and we were not disappointed. The 3 rd floor balcony views over the lake were phenomenal and relaxing. If you’re looking for a place close to activities this is near the casino, many restaurants and just a short drive to bathhouse row. We will definitely be back

This condo was a nice clean comfortable place to stay. It was very quiet and cozy. The sun-rise view was spectacular. We toured bath house row, Oaklawn, Mountain Tower and Lake Hamilton during our stay.

Another amazing stay

This was our second time to stay at this property. Let me tell you, we will keep coming back every year. It’s such a beautiful place and Kenneth makes sure you have everything you need. He even went above and beyond for our anniversary and left us a yummy cookie cake. I highly recommend staying here for a nice quiet and peaceful get away. It will not disappoint! I also cooked almost every day and the kitchen is equipped with everything that you could need. We cant wait to go back next year! Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Beautiful Lake view condo

To say I enjoyed my weekend in Hot Springs would be an understatement. I feel very lucky to have found this wonderful condo overlooking Lake Hamilton, which was so relaxing at a point in my life I needed to just relax and unwind. The condo was just as advertised. Cozy, comfortable clean, and the owner was very generous and offering everything that was available in his condo for our use. I will definitely return to stay here on my next trip to Hot Springs.

Sunrise view on the water

Our stay was very nice, we had a girls weekend, the condo was very clean and stocked, location was perfect, the view from the 3rd floor was very pretty, we were within 20 minutes of all the fun things. We ate too much at restaurants, gambled too much at the casino and shopped too much at all the shops downtown and we booked a spa day with Quapaw spa on bath house row, it was amazing and just what we needed. My only suggestion to the owners would be to place blinds on the one window next to the couch only because the sunrise is so bright to those sleeping on the couch, I put up a sheet, so not a big deal. I would definitely stay again.

When I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, we were greeted with a delicious chocolate chip cookie cake wishing us a happy anniversary. We truly felt right at home! The view at night and early in mornings of the lake with the moon reflecting was beautiful

My stay was good the location was close to everything we wanted to do so we had no problems. We where close enough to downtown and the spas but far enough to be out of the crowds.
