There were over 2 acres fenced in for our dogs to run around. There was ample information for surrounding restaurants. The host was very helpful and answering all of our questions. We brought carrots and apples. For the horses across the driveway. we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you, Linda!
Very peaceful & quiet, comfortable. Perfect location for my family get - together . The guys enjoyed the screened in "man cave". Linda was there to check us in, and show us around.
Everything about the stay was amazing, the host, the location, the property, and the accommodations. I would stay there again, as a matter of fact, already talking about returning next year!
Loved having 2 1/2 acres to roam and enjoy. Horses in the adjacent field and the host Linda left us some carrots to feed them. Wonderful place to stay, would do it again.
We show our dogs a mile from this property. Perfect for us. My dogs love the fenced in property and this is a perfect home in a quiet area. Thank you, Linda

Convenient
Property was fine and peaceful. The kitchen needs to some work but it was functional for what we needed.
Was just as described. Very secluded and fenced in yard. Wonderful if you bring your dog with you!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We live on 51/2 acres so we are rural and this felt very much at home here. If you want a lot of thing near or to walk to find something else. But if you want nice and peaceful then this is it!
This home was a secluded and quiet respite in themidst of the chaos of a family wedding. For the two people staying, it was clean and comfortable. For the dog, the large, completely fenced-in property was the perfect place to sprint, explore, and be mocked by squirrels. We all enjoyed our time here.
The property was clean and well maintained. I loved that it was tucked away off the main road. My dogs thought the ginormous fully fenced yard was AMAZING!!! And the horses across the road were super friendly 😊 and happily ate the carrots that Linda left in the fridge for me to feed them❣️
I had a wonderful week 🥰
Nice, quiet stay. Great location close to lots of food options and small beaches. Not too bad of a drive for Orlando and Clearwater Beach day trips. The property description mentions a futon in the living room-be aware there isn’t one. We ended up making a Walmart run for an air mattress because my boys (10 and 14) don’t like to share a bed.
We were looking for a place to call "home" during our short stay in Florida and we found this house. We drove down from PA so we didn't arrive until the early hours of the next morning, so be greeted with special touches made it extra welcoming. The lights were on so we could easily see the house as we were pulling down the driveway and there was a bottle of wine and a note from the owner waiting for us. She also let carrots in the fridge to feed the neighbor's horses. It was a perfect size stay for our family of 4 and it was nice and quiet which helped it feel like home. If we need a place to stay in that area of Florida, we would definitely rebook it. On prior trips to that area we stayed at hotels and this was nicer, cleaner, and cheaper! Thank you for being our home in Florida!
We had a wonderful, wonderful stay at your property. My mother lives down there and is on hospice; we're unable to move her back up to NC with us. Your property is right down the street from her place, so we brought my some down from VA, and scooped her up to spend some time with us. She loved sitting on the porch in the smoker room, getting fresh air and listening to her favorite tunes with our pups in her lap. She slept comfortably in the chair. We appreciated being able to bring our pups with us, they were so content to be near us and had plenty of space to run. Kitchen was lovely and the property itself is beautiful to walk around. It was perfect for our crowd, and we spent all of our visit there. My husband has now purchased his own mini smoker because he was so inspired. Ha! The visit meant a lot to us. It was the perfect place to enjoy her, and she was happier than she's been in a while. Thank you ❤️ we will try to rent again for our next visit very soon if at all possible!
My husband and adult child stayed for a week while we visited our daughter who had just had a baby. Linda’s home was the perfect place to land with plenty of space for the family, and our daughter’s dog who we took care of while we were there. Check in and communication were flawless. The key coded gate added an extra layer of security that was appreciated in this unfamiliar very rural area. The huge fenced yard is gorgeous and although we did not use the screen house, it would be a wonderful bonus during warmer weather. We really enjoyed birdwatching, and the neighbor horses are adorable. We loved the quaint feel of the house and felt right at home. The somewhat older beds were not as comfy as we would have liked but were acceptable. As an older home, bedroom outlet placement isn’t as convenient as one might like but long charging cords fix that. Dinner at the Chop Block in Brooksville was a highlight with the best steaks we’ve ever eaten. All in all our stay was excellent and we would recommend Linda’s home to others.
