Cozy getaway nestled underneath our home. Private living quarters with your own entrance and parking only 13 min. from Rock Island St Park and 45 min. from Fall Creek Falls St Park. Comfortable, spacious living area that is great for families with children but ideal for couples as well. Enjoy the many beautiful local water falls with your family.

This is a basement apartment with a separate entrance. We care for our two grandchildren during the weekdays starting at about 7:15 am.

Beautiful Comfortable Space!!

This was our second time staying at this amazing home. Our Hosts go out of their way to ensure their guests are well taken care of. The property is beautiful with great surrounding views and fun interactions with their chickens, and other animals. Nearby State Parks, rivers and Waterfalls are just a few of the area attractions.

Amazing property with idyllic views and wonderful accomodations!! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need. Hosts are gracious and a delight! Two beautiful bedrooms with large family room space with plenty of seating, desk and large TV. Don't miss out!!

Rock Island Hidden Gem!!

Fantastic private space with beautiful surrounding countryside views. Interior is tastefully decorated with Designer Decor. Beds are super comfortable, WiFi great, and kitchen stocked with any cookware, etc. you will need. Had a great stay and look forward to returning. Hosts are gracious and provided extra "goodies" above and beyond our expectations. You won't be disappointed!!

Relaxation in Rock Island

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and were very happy with everything! The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, updated, and had great pressure from the large shower head. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils and homemade muffins in the refrigerator upon arrival! The owner also had a basket of snacks and homemade tea cozy’s (coasters) on the counter for us to keep. There is a ton of seating in the living room and lots of board games for family fun. The owners were very responsive to every message we sent. We will definitely book this place again!

Phenomenal place to stay

My wife and I have stayed at many rentals on vacation but this one takes the cake. What a beautiful home we were blessed to stay in for a few days. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome. We hiked to over a dozen waterfalls in the area, had some ice cream at the Depot and enjoyed an awesome meal at the Foglight Foodhouse - a local restaurant. Everything you could want is right at your fingertips. We even stayed at home and grilled one evening. Jane and Dave were so gracious and helpful when I couldn’t get the code to get in and helped us get it figured out almost immediately.

A great place - clean and kid friendly

We had an amazing stay at this rental! The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect for our family, just a short drive from Rock Island State Park. We enjoyed exploring the park during the day and returning to the cozy house in the evenings. The hosts were also wonderful, providing clear instructions for check-in and helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. They even had games and toys available, which our toddler loved. Overall, this rental was perfect for our family getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, kid-friendly place near Rock Island State Park. We’ll definitely be back!
