Why they chose this property
Four generations of my family have produced quality coffee in the mountains of Puerto Rico. My great-grandfather came to Puerto Rico in the 1900's from Córcega, France, fell in love with PR and decided to live in the countryside. This house is named after my grandmother, Catalina, the inspiration for the name of our coffee.
"Casa Catalina" was built in 1950s by Jayuya's mayor at the time. Whenever I have free time, I try to stay here with Nelson. It delights us to share this house with everyone that enjoys a quiet time out off the city.
We hope you can enjoy it!
