This cozy single level home is part of a side by side duplex, which can also be rented and is a great option for extended family or groups of friends. This is the perfect place to relax, recharge, make amazing memories, and even spot a pod of dolphins!

After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy close access to the popular seaside cities of Dana Point and San Clemente. There you will have access to lots of restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and the Dana Point Harbor. Bathroom 1- Front full-size bathroom with shower and tub

Bathroom 2- En-suite bathroom attached to bedroom 3 with a walk-in shower

Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan and new sliders to the patio

Dining Room- Dining table with chairs and bench seating, plus 4 barstools at the kitchen

Kitchen- Fully equipped and stocked kitchen including a gas 6 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker.

AC/Heat: Unit has heating and no AC, like most of the rentals on Beach Rd

Exterior:
Private patio with steps down to the sand and ocean. It is equipped with a comfy outdoor sofa, two seats, a BBQ and umbrella.

There is a second private patio off the rear bedroom.

The carport offers parking for 1 vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles/guests need to park outside of the gates and either walk or be shuttled in.

What you should know:
Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd & Pacific Coast Hwy. There will be train noise periodically.
This is a side-by-side duplex so it does share a wall with the adjacent unit
