A private pool just for you and the front of the house, this section is separated from the rest of the house, but you are still alone on the full property. Front door keyless entry, 2 rooms with your bathroom in between as well as the fridge. One room with the new adjustable queen bed, this room is facing the other room set up as a studio with single bed and living room furniture as well as kitchenet (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge), more outside. High ceiling. Private screened in pool with whirlpool, relax in the sun or in the shade, or eat outside. Very quiet gated community, 2 min from all stores, golf, bike trails. 10 min from beach, charming town center. Easy access to all directions for West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, or Orlando.
