Beautifully updated garden villa, steps away from Jamaica Royale's private beach on the white sands of world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This gem features a large dine-in kitchen, granite countertops and all stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy loads of sunlight and a large living room with a walk-out to your own private patio and garden walkway to the beach. Two large bedrooms, one with a queen and bunk bed and the king in the main suite. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking just outside your front door. You have access to 3 heated pools, shuffleboard, and grills located on the Jamaica Royale property.
This unit has a 7-night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
