5th Quarter was an Amazing Stay for UGA Parents Weekend!

The property was perfectly located to UGA in a quiet neighborhood, but easily walkable to enjoy all the aspects of Athens. The house was beautifully decorated, clean with all amenities. The property manager was responsive and provided use everything we needed to know well in advance of getting to the property. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend this to families in the future.

Perfection!

The 5th Quarter Cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay in Athens. Bonnie's home has a great layout, is beautifully decorated, has plenty of space and bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of parking. You can not beat the location, either—it is close to downtown and the stadium. Bonnie is so sweet and very easy to work with. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. The 5th Quarter was everything and more that you want of a property in Athens.

Beautifully appointed home with all the perfect UGA fan touches. Plenty of room for a big family and close to so many of our favorite places. Our hostess was easy to contact and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient Condo for a self guided Covid College tour of UGA

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to UGA and a great homebase to get a feel for everything Athens, GA. Our teens loved it and hopefully they will consider UGA as their college of choice. Go Dawgs! The owner was very helpful, available, and all around wonderful to work with.

Impeccably clean and convenient

We stayed at the townhouse for our daughter's wedding at The Taylor-Grady House. Wanted a place for family to gather other than hotel rooms. The townhouse was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - convenient to the venue, hotels and downtown. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Great place to stay near UGA.

My family stayed here to visit my son who is a teaching fellow at the University of Georgia. It was a great place to stay, comfortable, cozy, convenient to the university and downtown. Would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Super Cute Townhouse Conveniently Located to Both Downtown & UGA Campus

Stayed here with Family to attend my daughter's UGa Dec. '17 graduation. Location was SUPERB to campus and also to d/t Athens - within easy walking distance to both on a nice day! Townhouse is located in a nice, quiet, historic section of Athens. The townhouse was very clean upon arrival. I loved this being I'm rather selective/picky regarding cleanliness. The Master BR upstairs has a King bed. The 2nd BR (also upstairs) has 2 full/queen size beds. Both BR's share a large Jack n Jill bathroom that has double sinks w/ample counter space. There is a pullout sleeper sofa in the Den downstairs & a half bath downstairs, as well. Beds & linens were very comfortable. Townhouse is tastefully decorated in UGa theme. Bonnie, the owner, is a GEM to work with and very prompt responding to any questions. I HIGHLY recommend this cute place for Families, Graduations, Football Weekend stays, or whatever!

Great condo! Great location!

Very comfortable and perfectly located condo for visiting Athens. Great layout with nice furniture, decor and all the comforts of home. Very clean. The owner Bonnie was easy to work with. Parking was right by the door. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay and helpful host

Great location with close access to UGa, dining, grocery stores, etc. We were in town for a swim meet and staying here was much more convenient than a local hotel. Bonnie was great from the first inquiry to the check-in and stay information to check out and deposit return. We will definitely come back here if ever in town again!

Great stay - had everything we needed!

We stayed in the condo for a girls weekend. It was a perfect fit! The entire condo was very clean! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was excellent! I would highly recommend this condo.
