-Master Bathroom: 3 shower head walk in shower with river rock, bluetooth speaker, and changing lights. Heated bidet toilet seat and heated tiles throughout.
-Laundry Room: Large washer/dryer

This home has keyless entry, so come and go as you please
Other things to note
1. No smoking/vaping in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, please use
provided ashtray.
2. Only registered guest allowed
3. No parties or events
4. No Pets/Animals
5. We require shoes to be removed before entering the home.
6. Should anything be damages during your stay, it will be taken out of the
deposit.
7. Off Limit Areas: Hall closet near the front door, closet in the east front
room, pantry off the kitchen, and the garage.
8. Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum
between 10pm-6am.
9. Clean dirty dishes by putting them in the dishwasher and run before
leaving.
10. Empty trash into dumpster outside before leaving.
11. Landscapers come on Monday mornings.
12. Before leaving put towels, sheets, and duvet covers into the washroom. We use Eco laundry detergent; if you require a different
detergent please provide your own.
13. Check out time is 11am.

Comfortable and quiet

Kevin was an excellent host. He was very responsive and provided easy to follow check on and out procedures. The house was very clean and well equipped. It was a great location close to shopping and U of O. My family and I highly recommend!

Graduation Accommodations

Stayed here for my son's graduation from the U of O and it was a great location! House was super clean and family friendly!! All the right touches to feel as if you are at your home, away from home! Kevin was FANTASTIC to deal with and SUPER accommodating ! Wish I had found this home 4 years ago, when my son first attended the University, and we were making our annual trips. Thanks Kevin !!!!

This place is a gem!

We had such a great stay! The house was spotless and well appointed with everything you need. We especially loved the hot tub and the fancy master shower! All the beds were very comfy and had nice linens. The location was great for us because we wanted to close to family in Santa Clara and to a wedding Venue in Monroe. Since there are no hotels in Santa Clara this was perfect! The little cul-de- sac that the property sits in is very quiet. We just had one hiccup, the power went out for a while when I was in the middle of a shower, no fault of the the owner of course, but Kevin was very responsive as we were trying to locate the breaker box. The only suggestion I have is more towels, always more towels 😊
