Excellent place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sleeps 9 total.

The space:
Both bedrooms are located upstairs with blackout shades. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom equipped with a queen mattress and memory foam topper, a full dresser, and 3 additional closets. Bedroom 2 has a twin bed, a dresser, 2 closets, with a dedicated corner desk for an office, perfect for those working from home. High-speed Fiber internet/wi-fi with range extenders for whole-house coverage!

The main floor has a living room with an entertainment center, including a swivel-mounted Smart Samsung TV providing easy access to log into your favorite streaming service! A pull-out sofa for extra guests and a lazy boy recliner for relaxing. A pool table that comes with an interchangeable hardtop and a ping pong table to entertain your company!

In the basement, we have two separate twin beds and a futon that folds down and turns into a double wide twin.

Beautiful bungalow porch with 3-piece bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the squirrels and birds lavish in the morning sun. The backyard has grapevines, a fully fenced lawn, and a patio dining set to enjoy a relaxing evening dinner and lounge. Keyless entry, with security cameras on the front porch and garage, recordings can be accessed if any incidents need investigating.

Great location in the trendy neighborhood of Sugar House, we’re near a vibrant scene of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, open parks, trails, and galleries. Close to U of U hospital, IMC, St Marks, and others. Located next to UTA S-Line, and is close to freeway access. 15 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes away from ski resorts! Plenty of street parking is available. Cleaning fee is $250. All utilities are included in the rent price!
