Feel spoiled in this 1 bedroom condo, located in a private gated resort community!

Bedroom offers King bed as well as sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. Enjoy dinner in, around the dining table. Electric fireplace in living room provides a cozy ambiance.

Enjoy golf course views, located on the 9th hole of the River course. Covered balcony to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.

**This condo does NOT include the private members only Kingsmill Resort amenities.

This condo is located just a few minutes from Busch Gardens, Water Country, Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Campus of William & Mary. Plenty of great restaurants and outlets nearby as well. Our complex has an outdoor pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day weekend.

Wireless high speed internet provided, with two 50 inch smart tv's for you to sign in to your personal streaming services.

Walk to the Mill Cafe just across the street for coffee, breakfast sandwich or lunch. Playground next to the cafe! The Kingsmill Spa is just walking distance from the condo. There are 4 miles of beautiful walking trails around Kingsmill and you can watch the sunset from the Marina beach.

This is a second floor condominium. No elevator, stairs required. Ring doorbell. Owner available for any questions during your stay!

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated even with a chrustmas tree. Great location for all williamsburg attractions. We appreciated the very comfortable king matttess.

Amazing Holiday Stay in Kingsmill

Came to Williamsburg for Grand Illumination. Could not believe how cozy and festive this unit was for the holidays. Loved sitting by the fireplace in the comfy chairs. The condo is so beautifully decorated and well appointed. They thought of every detail! fwanted!

Cozy, comfortable stay in Kingsmill

Our new favorite place to stay in Williamsburg! The condo is furnished and decorated so beautifully, yet very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything you might need. Loved the balcony and watching golfers come through.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay! It is perfectly located to spend time in Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Busch Gardens. So close! Lovely trails to run/walk, beautiful view, short walk to breakfast spot. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy, there is a full length mirror which we don't always find in a VRBO place. Kitchen was well stocked! Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo!

I read through the reviews before booking and I have to agree with the previous guests - This place was clean, comfortable & beautiful furnishings (especially the bed!) & had all the things we needed for a wonderful 2 night stay. The location was great. We enjoyed a meal at the golf course pub as well as at the marina. Would definitely book this condo again on next visit to Williamsburg.

Beautiful Place

My family and I stayed in this condo recently for a quick getaway. From booking, check in, & check out the host was prompt, responsive and extremely helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable! They did an amazing job and the attention to detail is evident. It’s well appointed with all the amenities one would need in a condo with full kitchen and washer dryer. The view from the condo balcony was spectacular. Allowing us to relax outside and watch the golfers during the day and the sunset at night. Its location within the resort is also very convenient. In my 12 years going to The Kingsmill, I’ve stayed in almost every building throughout the property. This condos location was by far was most convenient and easiest to walk to and from around the resort. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and highly recommend this unit. By far one of my most favorite places I’ve rented to date. We also love the close proximity to Busch Gardens. Nothing better than after a long day at the park only having a VERY short drive back. Literally takes 5 minutes to get to and from the park to condo. It’s also close to Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. 10 out of 10 for this place! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect little getaway!

From beginning to end it was such a great stay. The condo was perfect for just us two but could definitely hold a family and have lots of space for all! Although we didn’t use the kitchen, I could see it had everything you would need for any size meal. The view of the golf course was very nice, lots of shaded trails to walk. The communication with Crysty was perfect. I will add that the box fan supplied by owner was a nice little touch! Between that and the comfortable mattress I had some of the best nights sleep!! This place is such a great place to stay when visiting Williamsburg!! Really taken care of!

Everything was just perfect, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, coffee with cream & sugar provided too with a nice view of the golf course to start our day. Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in instructions were clear and easy, and Crysty was responsive and helpful in our communications. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. It had a pretty view, and the location was perfect for all we wanted to do in the area from Busch Gardens to Historic Williamsburg.

Cute Condo in Great Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife and I are traveling all over the east coast and this was meant as a layover between destinations so we only stayed for one night. However, it was EXACTLY what we needed. We've been exhausted and this was the perfect place to relax. It's also closely situated to a few places we wanted to visit before continuing our travels. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Thank you!

What a gem!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The grounds of Kingsmill are beautiful. The condo was spacious and so tastefully decorated. Lots of space to spread out and all the conveniences you could want. We read, relaxed, cooked, watched TV and slept like logs on the comfy bed. We so appreciated having laundry handy too as we did a lot of outdoor activities during our visit. Wonderful restaurants nearby as well as all the historical and art museum exploring you could ever want! We very much appreciated all the Williamsburg books too. Helped us plan our sightseeing days! Thank you again for a wonderful visit!

Amazing Condo and Location

What a clean, well decorated, well appointed rental! We enjoyed the clean, cozy, well decorated, and comfortable condo for our 3 night stay to visit Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens during spring break. Cutest condo in Kingsmill! Home away from home

I can’t say enough good things about this little gem! It was decorated perfectly and even had just the right amount of holiday decor. We felt so at home. Literally walking distance to the clubhouse. My husband played the golf course on Saturday and was able to walk there with his clubs. Any place that has a fan for white noise deserves a million stars! Kudos to that! A lovely place and we can’t wait to book it again!
