Casa Rosa
Casa Rosa is a lovely villa and family home. We had a few issues during our first week. We were the first visitors this year and found the property cold and unaired. There is no internal heating in the lounge/dining area, so we were supplied with electric heaters to help warm up the villa. However the heaters inadvertently caused power outages and it took time to identify what causing the power problems. We also had big water leaks after a stormy night with rain water leaking through the roof into the lounge and bathroom, with water coming through light fittings and down the chimney. Again these problems were fixed but both the power outages and rain inside the property caused a lot of disruption. It was so challenging that we looked into moving to another property. However things got fixed and got better. Mickey and Silvia the professional hosts were excellent and did all they could to help us and solve the problems. Casa Rosa needs a little TLC and updating. Overall, we enjoyed the villa but the first week was a significant challenge. The second week was more enjoyable.
