Vacation Paradise - Heated Pool/Spa, New Kitchen, Game Room, Boat/Trailer Pkg

Newly remodeled 3 BR, 2 BA family home with open plan, split bedroom layout, Sun Porch flex space with additional daybed, and screened lanai with heated pool and spa. Totally refreshed and refurnished 2022-2024 into a relaxed escape for family and friends! The vaulted Great Room includes a spacious entry area, a just-remodeled open kitchen with island seating for 4, a 9' table with seating for 8+, and a living/lounging space open to the Sun Porch and lanai. The 65" TV in the Great Room is wired with internet and ready to stream your subscription services. The sofa opens into a queen size sleeper.

The Main BR suite features a king-sized bed, 50" TV, ensuite bath, walk-in closet and direct access to the Sun Porch. On the opposite side of the Great Room, barn doors frame the entry to the guest wing, providing additional privacy for guests or family groups. Guest Rm 1 offers a view of the pool/lanai, Guest Rm 2 features an additional 50" television, and both are equipped with mirrored space to work or get ready.

Beyond the Great Room, through the well equipped kitchen, you'll find a mudroom/laundry with full-sized washer and dryer, iron and board for guest use. A full-size portable crib, highchair and booster seat await our youngest guests.

The heated pool is equipped with a spa, ledge loungers and floats for your relaxation both in and out of the water. There are also noodles and a water table for the littles. And for those rainy days and evenings, we've converted the garage to a throwback family gaming space complete with foosball, rod hockey, shuffleboard and a 65" TV.

We're not investors; we're homeowners. We've furnished the space intentionally for extended family and friend groups, and tested it extensively on ours! We think you'll love it.

We are 30 minutes from RSW Airport; convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches, watersports, golf, putt-putt, and all else SW Florida has to offer. Adult bikes (4), beach chairs (4), umbrella, cooler, wagon and beach towels are included.

Awesome family vacation

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It was absolutely perfect for our family of six. The house was exactly as picture. Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved having our own private pool. It was a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. The beaches were just a short drive away, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Great house in Bonita Springs!

Perfect house to share with two couples. Room to spare. Pool was perfect – clean with lots of room around it. Beautiful beaches just a short car ride. Home has everything you need and is very clean and well kept. Extra bonus is the fun garage which has been turned into a game room!

Great House!

This house was perfect! Many updates inside and out. Can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon came in handy for a day at the beach. Location is great with the beach, grocery store and a variety of restaurants all within a short drive. While the weather didn't cooperate much during our stay, the pool area seemed really nice. If only we had some warm temperatures to enjoy it. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect rental

We had the best time in this house and wanted for nothing. It was well equipped, in a great location and so much to do. We loved the pool, hot tub and game room. The host was very communicative. We loved it!

Could not be happier with our choice for vacation rental. The host was exceptional as was the home itself. The home was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed to have the best vacation. I would rent this home again and hope to be back in the future.

Amazing accommodation / resort-like stay!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this property! The decor and attention to detail is like ni VRBO I have ever experienced. We had two adults, a 16, 11, 10, 7, 5 and 3 year old that fit perfectly in space. Everyone had a place to sleep and we never felt cramped. The game room was an extra bonus and loved by all ages. The pool was amazing and warm. We were allowed access to control the heat ourselves- so nice!! The house was stocked with all sorts of dishes, towels and beach gear. We did not need to bring anything extra - the house had it all for us. The kids also loved the bikes and being able to ride around in the (safe) neighborhood up to the mini golf at the top of street. The beach was only a couple miles away. It was easy easily accessible. The entire area has so much to offer. We hope to be back again. This was a wonderful experience for all of us. The communication with Linda was instant and easy. She had everything prepared and was always a message away— responding in seconds!! We appreciate all this house had to offer. We highly recommended for any family vacation! 10 stars!!!!

Lovely house

We stayed at the house for about 10 days. The house is great, has lots of room, a nice kitchen and outdoors. Lots of tools available including beach gear and stuff for kids. Process and communication with host was very easy and efficient. Our stay was perfect, I’m already thinking about booking another stay there!

Beautiful House in Nice Area

Our family really enjoyed our time. The pool and hot tub were great and it was easy to control temperatures, lights and bubbles with an app on our phone. Kids enjoyed having the foosball table and hockey table. 3 kids all had their own room. The house had everything needed to enjoy a week in sunny Florida. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Hopefully we can make it back down again! Thank you for the great time and sharing your house with us!

A Peaceful Paradise

This home was awesome. Really loved the decor. The farmhouse dining table is gorgeous. The living room is comfy! The owner shares her pool APP to adjust the heating on the pool. The home is well kept. Everything you can possibly think of is available from bikes, to beach chair. Beach towels. The location is excellent, near Publix. Close to Bonita Beach as well. Thanks for an awesome week!

Home away from home

We had an amazing experience and we were able to create wonderful lifelong memories with our family. We loved the house and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighbor hood in a location that was convenient to anything that we wanted or needed. It is decorated perfectly almost as if it was done professionally. We have family in the area and everyone commented about it being the ideal vacation home. The communication with the owners was outstanding and they were super helpful answering any questions that we had quickly and easily. It exceeded our expectations!

Awesome experience

We are well traveled, but have been coming to SWFL to visit friends for more than 2 decades now. We finally settled on a spot for ourselves in 2022, when we stumbled upon this quiet little neighborhood tucked into the otherwise bustling Bonita Beach Road/Vanderbilt/Tamiami corridor. It's been a long labor of love bringing our little place back to life - just finished the kitchen summer 2024 - but totally worth it. Now we're enjoying exploring all of the things to do in SWFL, or floating in the pool planning our next adventure!

Located west of Tamiami and just south of Bonita Beach Rd, the property is only 30 minutes from RSW, for an easy in and out, while also being just a few minutes drive from the beaches!
