2nd flr loft near Johns Hopkins
Walking distance to light rail station, Johns Hopkins Hospital and the historic port community of Fells Point with cool dive bars and great restaurants. The decor is transitional and professionally done. The apartment is very peaceful and surprisingly serene for a busy city street. We do not allow smoking at all on the property. Must be at least 15 feet away from the front door.
Pets must be preapproved and there is a small fee. This is a second floor units and no parties will be allowed
The space:
The unit consists of a second-floor apartment, approximately 1000 ft.².
There is a covered, private porch for morning coffee
Guest access:
The entrance foyer and entire second floor can be used. There is a spiral staircase on the back porch that goes down to a concrete patio where there is a charcoal grill. There may or not may not be charcoal available.
Other things to note:
This is a NO SMOKING property and parties are NOT allowed

Why they chose this property
This is a special building and has a relaxed/ quiet vibe. This was once a bank and had been a law firm for many years when i bought and completely rehabbed this building in the early 90's
What makes this property unique
The proximity to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Patterson Park, Historic Fells Point and the downtown restaurants makes this the perfect place to hang your hat in Baltimore
