Great Stay in GJ

This was a perfect place for us to stay. The home was clean and had all of the necessities you would want. The hosts were easy to work with and quickly answered any questions we had. We have stayed at this location in the past and hopefully will be able to book it the next time we are in GJ.

Peaceful Retreat with Scenic Trails Nearby!

We visit Grand Junction every few months and truly enjoyed our stay here. The extensive trail system is just steps away, allowing us to take a scenic five-mile walk where we encountered cows, the beautiful Colorado River, and a serene, flat path perfect for a relaxing stroll.The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. We look forward to returning!

Great property! Very clean, and had all the things we needed for our quick stay. Only "CON"...the wifi needs a boost. Each TV was pixelated when we tried to stream anything; picture was never clear.

Great pit stop for Tour of the Moon

My brother, friend, and I stayed in Grand Junction for the Tour of the Moon. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location was about 10 minutes from the starting line. Loved the views out the back and to the east toward Grand Mesa. Beautiful! Overall, a great experience.

Booked this property, again this year, for our annual Palisade trip. This is a great property! Plenty of room. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of pots and pans, place settings, and utensils, etc. Nice neighborhood and parking in the garage is great. Close to wineries, the Colorado National Monument and downtown Palisade-cute shops. This was a repeat stay at this property.

Clifton family getaway

The location was not only beautiful but also perfect for visiting family in Clifton. The home is very well set up…so many “little extras” available…and we loved the Riverwalk trail nearby. There’s so much to do and see with a short drive! Super easy checkin and checkout. We’ll stay here again if available for our next visit!

This house was super cute and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of sitting room for everyone in the living room and dining area. The location was good, there is a nice walking trail by the water behind the house. It was about 10 min from downtown.

Great place to stay for the weekend

We traveled to Grand Junction for a mountain biking trip. This place we perfect for that. Garage was a great place to safely store the dirty bikes. We were in the middle of great riding. The bedrooms had plenty of room, great beds and it was very clean. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Christmas Stay

This was the perfect choice for our family to celebrate our first destination Christmas! It was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and coffee in the morning. The mountain views from the windows are lovely. Before we arrived, I mentioned we would be celebrating Christmas there, and a tree, complete with lights and ornaments, was placed in the living room for us. It was a special touch that we won't forget.

Kids soccer tournament in GJ

We had a soccer tournament over the weekend and it was so nice not to have to drive and hour home and and hour back to grad junction each day. The house was cute and clean and perfect for our family and dog. It had everything we needed. It was quiet and we all slept great. I actually wish we could have stayed more nights.

Annual Palisade peach & winery trip

Everything went like clockwork! Check in was smooth Rooms were great! Kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals Check out was simple and easy. Exactly as described and yet so much better than expected! Trails nearby to walk or run Great neighborhood! Only hitch for us was following app map (tried to take us down a non-navigable road.) Pro tip: The owner/management co. Provides directions. Save yourself some time and follow those.
