Make yourself at home in this Family friendly, centrally located above-ground basmt suite. With a view of the valley. Close to Parks, Grocery, SLC, Provo, Skiing, golf course, restaurants, shopping, freeway, a rec center & metdock trail walking path. 3 bed 2 bath. Amenities include: mountains & loaded kitchen, grill, Covered patio, 2 Bathrooms w/ tub and shower; Towels and soap. A King bed, two twins, a full bed, a PURPLE queen, a floor chair that pulls out into a floor mat. Includes a fully loaded kitchen. W, eggs, milk, & pancake mix for your breakfast. Also has a Roku TV, Washer/ Dryer w Soap, and Net Swing,
Full disclosure: there’s a family of 8 upstairs ages 11 to adult. You’ll never hear us complaining if there’s a little noise laughter coming from down stairs. The VERBO is 100% separate from the top. It has its own entrance and driveway on the side of the house. We can’t even access the downstairs if you lock it from your side. Its the perfect family or group Vacation rental.

A weekend get away

The apartment was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all six of us. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay!!

The property was so comfortable and had enough space for me and my husband our 3 kids my parents and my aunt and uncle to sleep comfortably! The kids loved all the toys and games and the chalk and swing outside!

Great space for our Sisters Retreat

This is a clean, roomy space. The rooms had adequate sleeping spaces and bedding. They provided us with yummy snacks and a breakfast! I recommend staying here!

Beautiful view

We had a great stay. The space is very roomy and very clean. Love the view from the porch. Emily was a great hostess, quick to respond to questions and had some delicious brownies waiting for us. Thank you. We are repeat costumers. Looking forward to staying again.

Awesome

Great central location to everything in the Lehi, American fork area. It was very accomodating for us, plenty of room and beds. Recommend a keypad-type door handle- lock rather than the hanging lock box with a hard key, for ease of coming and going. Regardless, we would definitely stay there again.

Comfy and cozy

Emily asked if we had any allergies. She made sure the room scents did not bother our allergies and had gluten free cupcakes awaiting us when we checked in. Also really appreciated that she stocked the fridge with milk, eggs and condiments. Beautiful view of the mountains. Enjoyed our stay.

Basement Apartment

It either was not clear or I did not research the property enough but this is a basement apartment and can definitely here steps, talking and piano practice from upstairs. Learning experience as this was the first time I had booked a VRBO on my own.

Excellent experience staying here!

This is one of two properties listed on VRBO that will allow a party or event for a group of 10. And the price cannot be beat!! My daughter’s bachelorette party was held here with 9 other girls including her sisters, cousin, and besties. The host was so gracious. She supplied the place with snacks, breakfast food in the fridge for the following morning, and even an Oreo cake as a special treat for the party. The place was clean and comfortable. The girls didn’t feel like they had to worry about being super quiet even though the host family lived upstairs. They made dinner for themselves and the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment they needed to cook with. It was a great experience and the girls had a lot of fun! Give these people your business! They are very gracious hosts.
