Great area and view

It was a very clean place. Loved the location. Owner does live down below and always available for questions. We did do a load of laundry late the night b4 we left for our cruise so we had everything clean including what we wore that day. He is an early riser..so dont be like us and do a late load of laundry. Great places to eat less than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!wwore that day.

Remission getaway!

I search for hours to find a place right on the beach for an affordable price. The great reviews sold me and are all true. This trip was for my husband and I to celebrate and relax after I was cancer free. The view, beach front, and area are truly amazing! Steve was an amazing host and even took us kayaking! We already decided we want to go back next year!

Perfect getaway!

This cute efficiency apartment provided the perfect getaway. It was clean, right on the beach, with beach chairs and umbrella provided, has a washer/dryer and a super comfortable bed! It’s a great town with a community feel and you can walk to restaurants and stores!! And the owner is a super nice guy! We will be back!!

Great place right on the beach

We were visiting the area for a rocket launch and were lucky to find Steve’s place. It was conveniently located right on the beach and walking distance from restaurants and shopping in downtown Cocoa Beach. We’ve never stayed at a cleaner VRBO. This place was spotless. Steve was responsive and kind, we recommend his place highly!

Beach Rehab

Location is everything. Steve’s Beach Rehab was the perfect location for us to chill on the beach for our anniversary. It really is just steps from the beach where walking to the waters edge and setting up chairs and umbrella takes 5 minutes total. The upper. unit was clean and well equipped with a great ocean view. Downtown Cocoa Beach is the backyard. Good restaurants and entertainment are all within short walking distance. Steve is a great host and very helpful when we needed to ask questions or get recommendations.

Anniversary to remember!

Steve’s place is amazing and so close to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to so many Cocoa Beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed Coconuts on the Beach but also ones still within walking distance like Pig and Whistle, Mainely’s Lobster, and Heidi’s. Our view from our room and porch was wonderful—incredible sunrises! Having the washer and dryer in the room was such a plus. We hope to come back!

Beautiful Sunrises

It is a little hard to find but that makes it more secluded. Beautiful sunrises and close (walking distance) to all the restaurants that you would need. It is kind of no frills but Steve has you fitted with beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Got to see a rocket launch while we were there. AWESOME STAY!

Absolute hidden gem

This is the perfect place for a getaway for two. RIGHT on the beach, clean, cozy, and just perfect. Host is very helpful and communicative. We would definitely come back!!

The property was, in our eyes, perfect. Very clean and well maintained and just a couple minute walk to the Cocoa Beach. Also, was within walking distance of many fine places to eat. We enjoyed our stay there immensely. We plan to come back in the future.

Beach Jackpot!

We ended up needing a beach place for a few days and hit the jackpot when we found this little Beach Rehab on Cocoa Beach. This jewel is exactly as the pics show and super clean, with spectacular views of the beach and sunrise. Steve has everything you need in the unit, and he’s super helpful if you have any questions. This location is in the heart of town and within a short walk of several great restaurants…and for a bonus we saw a SpaceX launch just walking out the door! Great place and we hope to return!

Right on the beach

We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach at Steve’s Beach Rehab. The studio apartment had everything we needed and the outdoor space was an amazing amenity. We watched 3 different rockets launch from the beach! Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Steve was very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed talking to him in person many times in our 2 week stay. We will be back!

Great little beach front studio

Quiet and relaxing in downtown Cocoa Beach. Clean, comfortable, steps to the beach with all the amenities to make the beach comfier. Steve is a great host and communicates well. Great outdoor living space. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Our second stay and we recommend staying here.

Why they chose this property

this place is tucked away at the end of the road so it is very private yet so close to downtown activities (restaurants, bars, ice ream shop, bike shop, surf shop's, art studio's) the view from your 8' sliding glass door, balcony, living room and also even the bed. is incredible and memorable(sunrise's) the walk to the beach is so short you can go back and forth easily, also outdoor shower/foot wash at bottom of the steps on your way back upstairs.
