IMPORTANT NOTICE: Scheduled Elevator Maintenance & Common Area Refurbishment. Please be advised that our building will undergo elevator replacement from Monday, March 3, 2025, to Saturday, May 31, 2025 (approximately 12 weeks). During this time, the elevator will be out of service.
Additionally, a common area refurbishment will take place during the same period to refresh the hallways. Construction will occur Monday to Friday during business hours. No work will be done on weekends.
Our suite is conveniently located on the first floor, providing easy access. We recommend parking along the top of Kananaskis Way for the most direct entry when loading and unloading your belongings. If you choose to park in the parkade, please note that you will need to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the suite.

PARKING:
The heated parkade onsite means that you can leave your vehicle behind and enjoy walking around Canmore without worrying about finding a parking spot! There is also free parking on the street for additional vehicles.
RAVEN'S RIDGE can be accessed easily within 1.5 hours from the Calgary International Airport and is in the perfect location for accessing all the fun that the town of Canmore has to offer!

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. (Less credit card processing fee. See details below).
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe's refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
