One of the nicest and closest units to the beach in all of Southbay. Unit 101 features all new furniture, and flat screen TV's in every bedroom and living room. All new leathered granite counters , travertine showers, stainless appliances and new fridge. Even a Work desk and WIFI. All the comforts of home& a wonderful relaxing feel!

This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Our units feature private patios/balconies you can enjoy beautiful views from.
Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. Our grounds are made for walking so park at your front door and enjoy a stroll through the property while feeding the birds.
