We are a fully licensed Airbnb with the Town of Clarence - license number 2021-01 (expires 08/15/2023). Loretta is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN), and is trained in infection control. Loretta personally supervises the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of the entire apartment. We use EPA-Registered hospital disinfectant products (MadaCide), sanitize all bed linens, and use the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) while cleaning the apartment.

We have owned and managed rental properties (both residential and commercial) over the past two decades. We currently also have a vacation beachfront condo rental property in St. Pete Beach, FL.
