3 Bedroom with spacious and modern interior - great family spot!
A wonderfully remodeled and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo on the ground floor offers a perfect spot for your mountain vacation. The living room has an open floor plan with new hardwood flooring throughout, a wood burning fireplace and 50” flat screen HDTV that can be enjoyed from the large comfortable couch. Sliding glass doors lead to the private patio with BBQ grill and beautiful views of the Winter Park Resort. The dining area is adjacent to the main living area with dining table large enough to accommodate six. No air conditioning.
The beautiful kitchen has new tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, lovely counter tops and breakfast bar area to seat 3 persons.
The master bedroom is large and has a queen bed and private patio and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is great has queen bed, private patio and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is great for the kids - a captain's bunk bed and twin bunk bed, private patio and access to the hallway bathroom.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has 1234 square feet and has 2 private patios and decks and is located just minutes from downtown Winter Park and approximately 3 miles from the Winter Park Resort. The free lift shuttle bus service stops in front of the complex for easy access to ski area and downtown.
Additional amenities in unit free Wi-Fi access, private patio, BBQ grill and all toiletries and linens provided.
Amenities on property: Complex is close to downtown Winter Park offers amazing mountain views, brand new large outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry facilities and free parking.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
